I made the appointment time was set up and I thought I was ready to go. Then I got about 3 or 4 email telling me that there was some issues to send me my email address so I did and they told me that there was a problem with the timing so they sent me this long list of available dates and one of the dates that was on there was a date that they had already given me. So then we set up another date and on Wednesday I got the email telling me that a tech was going to be coming out. So they sent a tech out he got here on time. But the thing is he did not know how to do the job. When I went to check on him he had most of the doorbell up and he said he was almost finish but when I looked down in the box I realized that there were a lot of parts to the doorbell steel in the box. So I Asked him, why haven't you use the rest of the items in the box. Then he tells me I've never did this doorbell before. So I asked him did he want to look at the YouTube video on how to install this particular doorbell, so he looked at the YouTube video and he still couldn't get it so eventually I just told him to put my old doorbell back on and put everything back in the box. So I called the company hello tech and told them what it happened and he was so apologetic. And he told me that he was going to send someone else out which was supposed to be the following Saturday and get it installed in the guy would be a professional . So the guy was supposed to been coming out at 9 o'clock on Saturday morning. I never got a notice and the guy never showed up. They messed up my whole Wednesday and then turned around and no-show on Saturday. So as for my experience, I would never ever recommend them to do anything . They say same day service, and I understand that everybody is running short. But I even told I would wait until after Christmas. But he insisted on sending someone out on Saturday.
