Roy came out for a service call on our Maytag washing machine. He spent a grand total of 15 minutes diagnosing a problem that NO ONE ELSE checked - a clogged screen on our cold water line, cleaning the screen and replacing the line. He only charged the minimum $100 for the service call. Now our washer is running like new! I definitely recommend Peerless! Thanks y'all! read more

Revised Review: The employee that we spoke to gave us incorrect information. Scott from Peerless contacted us and made everything right. They stand by their work and equipment. In the beginning Peerless Appliance seemed like they were a good company. They came out back in April 2021 checked my ice maker and stated I needed an new one. They replaced the old ice maker with a brand new one. Not even three months later the ice maker is not working. I called them and told them the situation. I was told that I would have to pay another diagnostic fee for them to come back out. Now either they gave me a defected ice maker or they did not properly diagnose the situation the first time. However, I don't believe I should to pay for you all to come out to make sure you did not give me faulty equipment. There is no way a brand new ice maker would break in less than three months. As a business you should be willing to verify this wasn't something that was caused by faulty equipment that you all installed or a misdiagnosis. read more

My phone call was returned promptly. I knew that I needed a new element because my dryer was running but not heating. A nice guy came and told me that I needed a new element and it would cost $300+ to repair. I opted to search for a new dryer. The service call took about 10 minutes and the charge was $85. I selected this business because it is veteran owned. read more

Scott from Peerless Repair was great! He responded to my request for a quote quickly and explained the pricing layout ($75 to run diagnostics, and $80 an hour for labor). He was able to accommodate our schedule and repair our fridge on a Sunday afternoon. I trust his skills as a tradesman as the issue we encountered was one he'd never seen before, but he was still able to diagnose and fix that day. We would recommend him to anyone in need of appliance or plumbing repair. read more

I reached out to Peerless Appliance Services through Yelp late Thursday evening not expecting a response until Friday at the earliest. Needless to say in less than 15 minutes of requesting a quote which didn't take anytime at all the Owner Scott had messaged me back. I had a few questions for Scott which was most helpful by the way and asked him when his next available opening was since I put flexible for myself. Low and behold he said as early as 8am on Monday and I told him I would call his business on Friday to set up. Scott told me he was still available and to reach to him to set up the same evening. He got my info, date, time and address which got me all set up. Process was simple and painless as well as respect for Scott making my mind at ease knowing this was scheduled that quick! A wife without a washer working is like driving a car without wheels. LOL!!! Scott told me JR would be the one taking care of my situation on Monday at 8am. JR was here on-time and a was a joy to be around. JR was very respectful, kind, knowledgeable and careful with our washer not to beat it up or bang it around as well as most importantly fixing it and fixing it right! When I paid JR for the services he entered the info into an IPad or handheld like electronic and a proof of receipt was sent to my Wife before you could blink. I realized at a young age that I loved to pull things apart and see how they work. I was able to do this in the Marine Corps on helicopters and all through life through various jobs in the gas and appliance fields. They gave me an estimate for repair, which justified buying a new unit. I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness, especially since they are not in the new appliance sales business. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and of the many washing machine and dryers it had inside that was almost like New in how well kept they were. The Laundromat opens early in the morning at 6:00AM, and it closes at 10PM. It has plenty of parking spaces outside as well as fast food restaurant near by for one to get a bite to eat while doing their laundry. It has an ATM machine in case one needs to get money as well as two change machine in case one needs change to work the top of the line commercial washing machines and dryers. It also has a laundry soap washing machine where you can purchase small boxes of laundry soap for individual loads of clothes. It also has special laundry wheel carts where you can place your clothes from the washer to the dryer, and the take the dry clothes to one of the folding tables to be folded. For your convenience it has clean Public Restrooms for you to use while doing your laundry as well as a soda machine in case you get thirsty. To entertain you while you're doing your clothes, it has several.TV that you can watch while sitting in one of the chairs provided. They have small and larger washers and dryers, that one can use depending in the size of one's laundry. The machines are very clean and there is a lady in charge of cleaning the dryer's filters daily and of cleaning the interior of the place. Just by observing all that I did, I have no hesitation in doing my laundry there and would highly recommend this place to all those who need to do there laundry in a Laundromat either for the time being or forever.

Scott called and told me the date and time that he would be here, and he showed up at that time. That alone is very rare. He did not keep me waiting! He was very professional, went right to work. He ran a gas line and hooked up my heater in an accurate and very timely fashion. He explained the operation of the unit carefully. He encouraged me to install a carbon dioxide sensor soon. Scott diagnosed our problem with the dryer, and, because he did not have the piece in stock, he gave me the option of buying the piece and fixing it, or having him order the piece and returning to fix it. When I opted to obtain the piece myself, he even offered to talk me through our fix on the phone. He's friendly, professional, and knows his stuff.
