We usually love this restaurant, but they have really let the property go. The parking lot is extremely dangerous. My five-year-old tripped 2x walking in the parking lot and has a massive cut on her leg. They also have loose boards with nails hanging out on the back patio. This is extremely dangerous. Especially in a place that is "supposed" to be family friendly. Unless they take care of the property, it is honestly liability waiting happen. read more

Met my sister and her mother there on a Tuesday at 11:30. They told us they had a large order to go order, and our pizzas would take 30 to 40 minutes. My pizza was delivered 50 minutes later, and it was cold. I took it to the bar and told them that I had waited that long, and I really didn't want my pizza cold. My sister-in-law and mother-in-law had already finished their meal. They said they could make me another one in three minutes. I agreed to that but I was confused about why earlier it took 30 to 40 minutes to make a to go order when I think your customers are more important. The Manager came to our table. She asked what was wrong with the pizza and I told her it was cold. She said they're making me another one. Then she refunded my mom the amount of the pizza, gave me a gift card for my next visit. really didn't need or expect that. I just wanted to eat and have it hot. But Prenna the manager, was extremely awesome and apologetic. I don't live in Clarksville, and this is one of my favorite places to go when we are visiting. And we'll continue to go back. We are heading back to St Louis on Father's Day and desperately tried to find something outside of Nashville en route to STL, interesting that this popped up for us seemingly in the middle of nowhere off the beaten path in Sango south of Clarksville. They have overflow parking across the side street. On Sundays they do not serve alcohol before noon. There's indoor seating, partially indoor seating, and outdoor seating at picnic tables, some with umbrellas and some without. There are Jenga sets and several decks of cards. I ordered the gluten free taco pizza and my husband ordered the Porker. We all really enjoyed our meals, and it likely one of the best I've had in a while. While it was a busy Father's Day, the staff was a bit overwhelmed and my spouse and kiddo received their pizzas way before mine. I waited another 20 minutes while my family was mostly finished eating. All in it was a good experience and a really neat place to hang out and drink beer and have tasty pizza. read more

The Thirsty Goat, while a little bit distant from where my house is located, is a treat to experience every so often! This past Sunday, the ladies group I am involved in went there for coffee, tea, and a chat. The weather was sooo beautiful that we sat in the back outside patio. I opted to get one of their autumn special chai teas and a berry bagel offering. I have to say the food was delicious and the chai tea was spectacular. The staff there was also very friendly and cordial. However, the wait was a bit much. I don't think you should have to wait nearly 25 minutes for a bagel and tea. And I didn't even have it as bad as one of the ladies in my group! She waited over 30 minutes for her brownie dessert. Other than the wait, everything was perfect about the experience. They had ample room to sit and enjoy time with your friends and family. There was even live entertainment. And the atmosphere is very fun. It's good for kids as well as adults. They've got flights of beer for the beer aficionados. I'm told they make the best pizza. I just think they need to get their expectations of how long their customers should wait for food and drink under control. I would've given it five stars if they were more punctual about their service. Other than that, this was only my second time coming here. And I will be back to give it another try. This is a small little place that isn't overly fancy. The pizza however was delicious enough to overlook any of the basic ambience. The crust was thin crust and loading with toppings. I didn't think I'd like ranch and honey together, but it turns out I do. It was square cut which made it easy to eat in pieces without the toppings falling off. The staff were good. They weren't like overly excited to be working, but they weren't miserable either. The pizza really does make up for the lack of dining amenities. I've only visited twice, post covid. They used to have outdoor seating in the back of the building along with corn hole boards, however, all that went away after covid. Still a great place to visit with friends and/or family. You can sit down and play some card games while you sip on one of their holiday drinks, or one on the many local craft beer they carry. We had a total of 4 individual pizzas. The Crazy Ex Girlfriend Pizza, Kitchen Sink Pizza, and 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. I never have any complaints about their food, drinks, or service here.
