In the settlement I received a rental house & my wife received the house we were living in. Catherine screwed up filing the paperwork with the county to remove my wife's name from the title on the rental house. When I discovered this (as I was trying to sell the house) she took no ownership of the issue, I spent dozens of hours trying to fix it & it is still not resolved. My realtor figured a way around it but she said she's never seen this happen before. That's saying something.
