This is what they did for me. - Even though I was convicted of a felony, they convinced the judge to reduce that old felony conviction down to a misdemeanor. - I was originally sentenced to 5 years of probation, they successfully convinced the judge to terminate my probation early. So pretty much they decreased my 5 years of probation down to 3 1/2. - After having both the charge and probation reduced, they successfully convinced the judge to expunge my conviction. Unprofessional firm...DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH BEING RIPPED OFF! This business took $299 fee, did nothing to fight my ticket, exhausted all possible extensions with the court (which I could have used to buy myself more time to afford my ticket) and they did not provide real time updates. I received an email after the fact stating that my ticket was not resolved with the courts. I have been trying to reach a supervisor to request a refund or at least a partial refund, and keep getting the runaround by front desk advising that they are not in the office and will return my calls. This is a total sham as far as I'm concerned, due to the lack of partnership with their clients and total disregard to ask whether or not judge granted extensions should be exhausted! Using the ticket clinic for taking care of your traffic violation is a very good choice. It is cheaper than going to court and pay the fine and fees for traffic school and the results in my case where excellent. My case was dismissed and I got no points to my driver record. Once they took my case I received updates when they went to represent me in the court. As a Class A commercial driver for over 30 yrs in the SoCal region its imperative to keep my driving record as clean as possible. STUFF is always bound to happen in your personal car or rig. Through the years I've used T.C. 4 times. 3 out of the 4 citations were dismissed, the 4th wasn't but the attorney was able to get me off with no points (speeding in a commercial vehicle by CHP) that was over 10yrs ago. I'm a Class A truck driver. As you will imagine I am on the road a lot. In the last years I've been issued 5 traffic tickets. Every time I have immediately called The Ticket Clinic. Don't waste your time and money hiring these clowns. They don't go to bat for you. I was pulled over by a cop who was in traffic and didn't radar me. I was driving with the flow of traffic. I had a suspended license and a failure to appear on it but the ticket clinic got my license back after their first court appearance and got my suspended license ticket dismissed and I never had to miss work to go to court they took care if everything. They will save you money and get your ticket taken care of no worries! read more

They send an attorney to court for you. Police department besides the pictures has a video which shows you ran the light. They have zero defense other than asking if the camera is calibrated correctly. I could have done that myself! My ticket was only $276. F this company, they took my $349 dollars.
