I paid $1,200 to hire this firm for an excessive speeding ticket and, unfortunately, did not feel the service justified the cost. The only time I spoke directly with an attorney was when I requested one at the time of hire -- and that interaction felt rushed and dismissive. After that, all communication, including my case outcome, was handled strictly through email with no real access to counsel. The final result was a Deferred Prosecution Agreement requiring me to plead guilty, complete 50 hours of community service, take an 8-hour defensive driving course, and pay prosecution costs within a set timeframe. Given that I've had no criminal or traffic violations in the past 7 years, I believe this is an outcome I could have achieved on my own without paying for representation. I called the 800 number to ask if it was beneficial to go the legal route or just pay the fine and attend the traffic school. I spoke with a very knowledgeable, candid and helpful young lady who looked up my ticket and gave me the options. Based on my specific set of circumstances it turns out that I was probably better off to just pay the fine. I am retired so the 4 hours of online traffic school is not that big a deal for me. My _actual_ speed was 6 MPH higher than the ticket that was written and was so noted on the ticket, so if I elected to 'contest' the ticket the judge could have potentially decided to go with the actual speed just because they felt I was being an ass about this. The Cop was very professional and chose on his own volition to give me a break, it seemed like it would be bad form to use up the officer's and courts time to whine about getting caught doing something that I was actually doing. I did glance at my speedometer when I saw the Cop, and what he showed me on his radar device was the same as the speedometer -g-. read more

Speeding in school zone 8/21/18 Doing 31 in a 20 Speed taken by laser $306 fine 15 min waiting on phone 9/3/18 5 minutes gathering info $89.95 non refundable fee that excludes fines and court costs, (which can exceed the price of the ticket, and you are still responsible) The fee is exclusive of any appeals. Now that's out the way - No way I could do 31 in a school zone while doing a uturn. But office said that he was doing we a "favor" (if you could only see my face) by writing 31mph instead of my "real" speed. I hired ticket clinic because of a recommendation from a friend that is a commercial driver that has had a lot of experience with them. So when over a month later I receive an email saying that I liable for $250 I call bull$%^&! The representation was nonexistent. In addition, I was told if this is my first ticket within the year that they would still would cover the cost of the ticket. They lied. But I'm still willing to have someone show me how to do a uturn going 31mph on 10th Ave. read more

This is the second time I've used The Ticket Clinic and once again I was ecstatic with their results. I used them years and years ago and back then they were able to get my case dismissed without any points or fees. Fast forward to 2019 and unfortunately I got a ticket. I went onto their website and within minutes I was finished with the process. It was so quick and easy and after a couple of weeks my case was dismissed. I didnt have to worry or lift a finger. I have never heard of this company prior to getting their emails, presumably for someone who mistyped their email address. I have contacted them multiple times, and was told I would have my email address removed from them system, but am still getting messages about someone's ticket. The good news - they got the person's ticket removed. The bad news - the person will not know unless they call and do some research to find this out since they are not getting the emails that they should be getting. 1 star for the removal of the ticket. -4 stars for lying about removal from the email system and inability to keep track of clients' contact info. (I was also sent this person's complete contact info, so if I wasn't an honest person, I have a lot of info to set up false account. For the record, though, I AM hones and would not do that.) read more

This company was not much help at all. Still have to pay full amount for the traffic ticket on top of their fees that was charged in the beginning, fees to take the schooling and extra fees on top of the ticket fee. Not to mention the schooling will not remove the points off the licenses. read more

I regret using this service. I wrote a statement of what happened during a ticket for a traffic citation to the attorneys. I doubt they even read it. I was never contacted by an attorney before the court date. They continued the case and never notified me when the new date was. I was not guilty of the charges but the attorney that was in front of the judge pled no contest. The police officer exaggerated what happened... he was very aggressive with no real evidence or proof. The attorney didn't challenge it. I was slammed with additional fees and 8 hours of school for something I didn't do. I received no real defense from the ticket clinic. I had to always approach them for information and status. Sometimes it would take over a week to get a return call. They did refund my charges. I think they knew they did a poor job. I will never use Ticket Clinic again. I would not recommend you do either. read more

The ticket Clinic hires and employs idiot attorneys. I received a red light ticket in Aventura on a posted turn on red from right lane only. I called this idiot law firm and told them it was a turn on red intersection. Then they assigned it to an idiot attorney who lost. Only a attorney that is either on drugs or alcohol could loose a defense where there is a posted sign,"turn on red from right lane only". A posted sign, and the idiot looses. Be extremely careful, steer as far away from these idiots before they loose your case. Hire a reputable attorney who has you and your interests first. All the ticket Clinic cares about is your money. ABSOLUTE JOKE i got my speeding ticket back in February (yes i understand covid is putting a delay on everything, so i was expecting my trials to get pushed back) Whenever i would login to my account i would see the new court date... well last month when i logged in, my newest court date was November 18... so i logged in yesterday (12/3/20) and it still said November 18 so i decided to give them a call... i was transferred to three different people and on hold for almost an hour... finally i got someone who had my case information.. "good news" she says... "you will have no points on your license" expecting to be thrilled with my results... NOPE.... she said "now you just owe $256 for court fees"..... Ok, well when i signed up for you guys to fight my ticket i paid $89.95 and was told if they don't win i will get refunded... i asked why i have to pay a $256 court fee... "usually because of your driving record"... i said to her that i have a perfect driving record since I've gotten my license (15 years) oh well than it must have been the judge, she suggested... this company is a complete and total scam... i now have to pay 65$ more than the original ticket... Here is an honest review of the Ticket Clinic with facts only. My girlfriend was pulled over near our house for speeding. The officer wrote the ticket wrong (wrong license number, wrong license plate number, wrong make and model, wrong color on the car). The information provided by the officer did not match anything my girlfriend or I owned, drove, etc. we gave this information to The Ticket Clinic, along with a detailed account of what happened, and of course a fee around $100. The Ticket Clinic takes this case to court, fails to have the case thrown out, acquires a "Withhold of Adjudication" and sends my girlfriend a letter 2 weeks later asking for $180 in "court related fees." Now for a few opinions to explain the low rating. I personally believe that this case should have been open and shut easy. If an individual takes this to court, I can see a lack of prudence towards State statutes having the case thrown away however, by using The Ticket Clinic, one would assume an outcome on such a case outside the usual realm of a non-attorney spokesperson. Instead, it seems like whoever argued this case, did not stress it's details rather rushed it through the system, likely with a multitude of other cases, and failed to achieve a satisfactory result due to a lack of effort. I am asking The Ticket Clinic for specifics, we will see the results. 2 stars: +1 for not having to go to court ourselves, -3 for a complete lack of effort and individual case by case consideration. read more

Not a great clinic to be reached out. Feel like a scam. Especially if you are not from Florida better ignore these people. I reached out to them for getting help with my speeding ticket (which I got when I travelled for vacation to Miami but I live in Texas). I paid all the amount they asked, they didn't win the case, but they could get rid of points and having me paid lot more money than the initial speeding ticket penalty. They mentioned that those are court expenses. But paid all of them thinking my bad luck. but after an year, when i went for DMV renewal I was rejected to get renewed, saying that there is a speeding ticket in my profile and there is pending amount still that i need to be paid along with some documents that i need to send. This ticket clinic guys didnt do the work properly, had some payment left unpaid, and didnt send some documents that are mandatory causing me lot of trouble. Now i am still making calls daily to texas dmv to fix this but still not done and i was left with no DL. When i called back Ticket clinic, they are very irresponsible in responding me properly and they mentioned they cant help anything. I had the worse experience ever with The Ticket Clinic Georgia. I paid $ 550 fee and I had to call them to follow up to find out that I had to travel to Georgia for the court citation (I am from Florida) a week before the court date. When I requested a refund...they finally did something about it, but it has to be me contacting them daily. Maria is the state manager.
