Unlike my previous experience with another attorney from the same firm, who kept me regularly updated via emails, there was a noticeable absence of updates or outreach from Ms. Sager. I understand that each case is unique, and different attorneys have their methods. However, based on this experience, I would recommend that clients ensure they are comfortable with the attorney's approach and communication style. If it doesn't align with your expectations, it might be beneficial to request a different attorney who better suits your needs. This place saved my ass! I'm a student who had multiple tickets for everything speeding to red light camera to cellphone use. I was looking at multiple points on my license which means that my insurance would go THROUGH THE ROOF. I was about to take out a lot of student loans to pay for everything when I found the ticket clinic! I was told that they would try their best to reduce all the moving violations (which have points) to non-moving violations (which don't have points). Obviously I was told about all this information the first day I called them. They person who i spoke with was very nice and gave me all the information i needed and then some. She was so patient with me when I asked all my questions. i wanted to make sure that I was making the right decision. I am a student who cannot afford spending money on a scam, but the ticket clinic was far from it! After signing up and giving them the information I had on all my tickets i was told to wait and they will update me on the status of my case. A few months later after my cases were continued, I received letters in the mail stating that not only do I have all the points on my license dismissed, I only had to pay a small amount to the courts. NO POINTS MEANS NO LARGE INCREASE IN MY CAR INSURANCE!!! I couldn't be more grateful! This money was well spent! I have used The Ticket Clinic many times and thank God each time, my tickets were dismissed with the help of The Ticket Clinic. One of these day, one of my tickets may not be dismissed by the Court due to some unforeseen reasons. If that happens, I would still recommend The Ticket Clinic because of my many success stories with The Ticket Clinic. I have recommended The Ticket Clinic to many friends and colleagues. One of my friends didn't get the help that he needed from The Ticket Clinic. I'm not sure how the system works. I'm glad that there is The Ticket Clinic that's helping me to absolve the fees and records of my tickets. I'm using them again today because the cop pulled me over when I was using Waze on my phone to navigate my trip to my friend's house. The cop said that I was not supposed to hold a phone while driving for any reason. The Ticket Clinic said that it was legal for me to use a navigation system on the phone while driving. I don't know who's right. I had an identical ticket from another cop a few months ago, and it was dismissed with the help of The Ticket Clinic. I know there are other law firms popping up doing the same thing as The Ticket Clinic. I'm afraid to try them even though they're cheaper. The Ticket Clinic says its fee starts at $99, but it's always been more for me. I've had good success with The Ticket Clinic with the higher charges. Why change if it's working? read more

"We know the law and the defenses that work!" is their claim. BS!!! They did NOT get my case dismissed and, instead, just took my $200 for nothing! I think I could've done a better job representing myself at the court since I could've reasoned out better than these lackeys they call "lawyers". IMO, the only time you'll get your case dismissed is if the officer is a "no-show" at the court. If the officer does show-up, don't expect your case to be fought-for & dismissed. All you'll get is traffic school, at best, along with a higher penalty than the initial bail amount had you not chose TTC. If you can afford to lose your case, then, by all means, use their services. But, if you value your hard-earned money, skip their services, pay the initial bail amount, and just move on. You'll save yourself $200 and a steeper debt if you don't use TTC. As time moves on and other people realize TTC falls short of their claims and for what they really are (SWINDLERS) they'll lose clients. They get an "F" in my book and I'm sure in many others, as well. What I ultimately got from TTC was a steeper penalty which could've been avoided had I NOT used them: $200 (Ticket Clinic) + $554 (New Bail Amount) + $20 (Traffic School) = $774.00. Initial Bail Amount (WITHOUT TTC) = $490.00 When you pay $200 to TTC, all you're doing is funding their budget to help pay for those SLEAZY commercials to further DECEIVE the public. read more

So I got a ticket for Failure to Obey posted traffic signs. I was in Downtown LA for Jury Duty and I had NO idea that you couldn't make a left between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Well I got pulled over at 3:58pm!!! The Cop said that his watch said it was 4:02 and he didn't care what mine said. Skip forward to a week before my court date. I heard an ad for The Ticket Clinic on KROQ and decided to give them a call. For a low flat rate ($200) they said they would show up on my behalf to my court date and plead Not Guilty AND they would show up at the 2nd Court Date to actually fight my ticket. MY TICKET WAS DISMISSED! I didn't have to skip out on work to spend my days in court because the Ticket Clinic did it for me! I could not be any happier with the result. No Points on my record, didn't pay the ticket and didn't even have to pay a bail amount. No Court Fees. I didn't have to wake up super early to beat the traffic to Downtown LA and spend my whole day in court. Didn't have to miss work for it and waste my sick time. I would DEFINITELY hire the Ticket Clinic again in a heartbeat. And unfortunately I will be. I got another ticket that I'm gonna need the Ticket Clinic's help with. read more

I recently hired the services of 'The Ticket Clinic' I was always passing the sign right by Universal but never really looked into using them until I was put into a situation where I would not be in town for my court date. I travel a lot and was going to be in Germany during the time of my case. I figured since I couldn't be there myself I needed a lawyer to go on my behalf and after years of seeing the sign I decided to give them a call. The person I talked to gave me a quote but I didn't end up actually retaining their services until I had already left the country. I did everything by phone. They kept me informed through email and phone correspondence and even when the first person I talked to quoted me one price and the second person quoted me a higher one, they kept and gave me the lower quote with no hassle. I had a fix it ticket , a non registration and a misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. I am very pleased to say that from all the way in Europe my case was handled and dismissed without me even being in the country. Everything worked out great for me in this situation and I will most definitely be using them again. read more

The Ticket Clinic is like "awesome sauce"! I've had them represent me and family members regarding different tickets and they have always came through. I have referred friends to them who are also very happy with the results. Believe me, paying Ticket Clinic to represent you on any ticket, which of course, tickets they can help with, is the best investment for your money. Basically, every ticket that my family or I have hired them to represent us for, have been taken care of and dismissed. I know not everyone might get the same results, and I guess depending on the type of ticket you get, might make some differences, but remember, not everything in life is guaranteed. Its good to also follow-up every so often, just to satisfy yourself, if you want, although, I've never had any problems with the Ticket Clinic, so I can only speak for me and my family. Dude, you guys this place is sick! I'm pretty shocked at the crazy legal shit they did for me. I'm a guy so naturally i love sports cars which means that I love driving fast. I had a really intense speeding ticket that I gave them and they totally got my off with just a lower fine. I was looking at spending over $800 and now I only have to pay $200 and no points!!!! I was able to save money and take my little lady out for a good dinner that night. Dude, awesome! I didn't write a review before because i wasn't aware of how huge yelp is. And then it even gets better, I got a DUI (i know i'm horrible) and I remember how they helped me out with my speeding ticket and I went to them and they totally helped me out again! I was probably going to have to spend time in THE JACK but they made sure that didn't happen! I had ticket clinic to deal with my 2 speeding tickets. Although the results are not promised and the cases still in process, the legal assistance Josue helped me during the whole process with warm and caring. As he said they would put customers' interest in the first place. I would choose them to fight my tickets in the future and recommend this service to other friends in the futures. ------------------------------- Update review after 1 year So basically I canceled my service with ticket clinic since they absolutely didn't do anything to help me with these cases. I finally canceled their service after 2 consecutive failed cases within 6 months. The third speeding ticket was a dismiss because I appeared in the court myself. Here is what I observed by the days at the traffic section in Pasadena courthouse, these so called attorneys will nor testify anything or speak to the judge on your best interest if a police officer appears in the courtroom. They simply sign in for you and than leave the courtroom. My suggestion: DO NOT USE TICKET CLINIC AND DEAL WITH THE TICKET BY YOURSELF. read more

Also, WHAT THE HECK?!- there's a review here that says they had 2 tickets completely dismissed and yet they only gave 3 stars- What?! To whomever wrote that review: How can people know they successfully dismissed 2 TICKETS for you if you only give them 3 stars?!! Are yo pissed cause they didn't pick up your dry cleaning? This company does exactly what everyone is saying. Sometimes they get the ticket thrown out and sometimes they don't. I HAVE HAD 3 TICKETS THROWN OUT OF COURT! Yet, my wife had her ticket upheld. But, they did get her drivers school and the ability to not have it count on her record. We were bummed because this was a ridiculous traffic ticket that was given to her in an area where an officer sits on his motorcycle and writes them all morning while people are getting into a left turn lane early due to the traffic that is not being corrected. It is clearly a way of making money ($350 a ticket) and not for the safety of the community. It happens. If you are going 26 in a 25, you are technically speeding and can receive a ticket. It's called judgment. I recommend using The Ticket Clinic. They were informative, realistic and upfront with what you can expect. Of course the negative comments on their site is due to having to pay them AND the ticket. It's not their lack of effort, thus you can't blame them. read more

Satisfied relieved and completely greatful for this kind of service, I only wish I could have had the opportunity to use them sooner, As I have had my license suspended 3-4 times and jailed for 30 days as a result I have spent thousands of dollars on tickets tow fees and even to hire a lawyer once which cost me 1500 dollars and still lost the case. the ticket alone was 750 For going 130 mph coming back from Vegas lost my license again on that one and my job which is why I'm self employed another blessing, I have never had an accident or caused one. police treatment is unacceptable on these traffic stops. STAY AWAY! I paid these clowns $400 dollars just to receive a letter from an attorney out in Fresno where I go the ticket stating that I lost the case and now I have to cough up another $396 to pay my speeding ticket. I've also read some people receiving a discount for financial hardship but when I asked ROCIO she said that they could not help me with a discount. ROCIO sucks major BALLS! So if you still think you want to give this place a shot ask for someone else that will help you with a little discount given the fact that I am now out $800+ dollars since I need to pay for traffic school as well. There is a reason why this Ticket Clinic in particular has the worst ratings, maybe even try a different one cause these guys have proven to be a MAJOR FAIL! Last year I've received a speeding ticket. A good friend of mine advised me to contact The Ticket Clinic as they've had handled his case in the past. I've called them right away and provided them with all the relevant information. I now live in Las Vegas and I didn't want to drive all the way to Barstow for hearing. The Ticket Clinic does not send periodic updates. In the next months I've had to follow up inquiring about the case progress over email. I've received prompt response to every email I've sent. Today I've received an email from them ''Your traffic ticket results''... chilling feeling... The email read ''All charges against you were dismissed. You received no points and no conviction will appear on your record.'' I know that not everyone here was as lucky and every case is different.
