After some unlucky mixups (which she was quick to follow up about and address) she did a quick in-person assessment of mom's house and made an appointment to send three cleaners over for a whole house deep clean. This is my mom's feedback: "I would say I was very pleased. I was impressed with the level of service they rendered--the attention to detail and following my instructions. I would say that I recommend them. And they were also pleasant. If I had to say a small negative it was not being able to communicate with them because Joanna was not here and I only had three people who did not speak English" So all in all a very good experience, my mom says it's the best gift she's ever gotten.

Alicia came alone and got right to work, from my 3rd floor down to my 1st. She moved quickly but was relatively thorough as she cleaned her way through the 2005 sq feet. I opted to stay home for the cleaning, as the weather was just plain bad, and I had some paperwork to struggle through. I generally stayed out of Alicia's way during the cleaning to give her space, but whenever we did interact, she was really pleasant. I love having the house this clean. In the efforts to find a good housekeeping company that is reliable, consistent, professional we started our due- diligence by having different companies come in and clean for us. If we sort of liked them we would have them back in 2 weeks for another cleaning. We then discussed the different teams and thoughts on who we sort of liked, the pro's and con's for each experience. This was 1 of the companies that we had clean our home twice. There are a few concerns with this company. 1 TARDINESS were late both times to confirmed appointment time. 2. UNIFORMS- the ladies were not in any type of uniform. I didn't care if it were pants and tennis shoes but they were in their own clothes. 3. CHECKLIST - I DID not have a checklist at all to see what was completed. The kitchen small toaster oven & microwave were not cleaned. The second time they came, I asked the same 2 ladies to please clean the kitchen and I pointed to the toaster oven and microwave. Both were cleaned the second time to satisfaction. 4. CLEANING SUPPLIES was Confused as to which supplies were the companies vs mine because my father owns a cleaning company so I also had cleaning supplies and garbage bags, etc.... because they bring in there own cleaning supplies. They also only had 1 extra large trash bag for the cleaning so I gave them a few more. 5. Follow-up FOLLOW-UP BEFORE THE ladies left, my father and I talked with the ladies about schedules and if we wanted the same people to clean each time is that possible. We were told yes and then to confirm it with the scheduler. The ladies mentioned that the scheduler would call to confirm next appointments and times to get us on the books immediately. We did not get a call so we called the office 3 days later to set up the second cleaning.
