Their selection is a little overwhelming in the best way. I came away with samples to take home and look at. I came back a second time because I still wasn't sure. One of the slabs I was interested in had been moved to the clearance lot and on our way to look at it, another slab caught my eye, one that I hadn't seen before in their main area. Kayla and Erin helped me in sales. I didn't feel any pressure and they were very informative and honest about the stones I looked at. They really listened to what I was looking for (tbh I had no idea) and then didn't make me feel cheap for selecting the clearance stone. I never felt rushed or like I was a big pain despite making THREE visits before making a final decision. I ended up with a leathered bianco romano granite that is absolutely stunning. I didn't do the template and the way my kitchen was designed was exceptional. Tyler did a fantastic job! Installation was GREAT. Tony and Rob were incredible. Very friendly and very hard workers. Felt totally comfortable having them in my house. The seams are almost invisible. I really have to hunt for them and can find them only because I i know where they are. I couldn't be happier!

My wife an I went to the business and asked to see some granite options. We basically new the color and pattern we were looking for. They assigned us Shauna Sauer. She was pretty attentive to our needs, took notes and sent on our way with a couple of samples. We went back the following Saturday to look at the whole slabs again and maybe some other choices. We never seen Shauna again. This time they assigned us Reese Hunt. He was equally attentive and helpful that day. With both Shauna and Reese my wife and I repeated that we both wanted to be involved in picking out the slabs, so we could be comfortable with the colors and grains.So far so good. This is where things go south. I called Reese the following Monday to get things moving because we made our selection. He didn't call me back until Tuesday afternoon. I was out but called him as soon as seen the message. Once again crickets. Then on Wednesday afternoon I called and asked to speak to the manager, sales manager, someone... The receptionist said she gave a message to the sales manager. Bingo, within minutes Reese called me back. I told our selection and I'd like to get a template done, he said they would be in touch. Once again crickets. A few days later I get an appointed with the guy doing the template. Very professional, very courteous and completed the template quickly with was nice as I was having new flooring put in. He said they'd be in touch the schedule the install. A few days pass and I get a call that the Install can be don the following week and we could come in the store in 2 days to work on the template layout on the slabs. We come in on that Thursday, stand around for 20 minutes until the layout guy, I can't remember his name comes an gets us. We go to his computer and he starts lining up the virtual templates on 2 pictures of slabs loading in his software. We stopped him and said we're not to this point yet as we haven't even picked out the slabs yet. He said, sure you did and here's the pictures. We both said I don't who picked those but they were not us. He got a little irritated, and went to get Reece. Reece knew we were waiting at this guys desk, but proceeded to complete a 20-25 minute phone call. When he came over and we explained the issue, he go combative and insisted that all the slabs were the same. I said I didn't care because we repeatedly indicated WE wanted to pick the slabs not have them picked for us. He then calmed down and said he misunderstood us. Misunderstood this statement "My wife and I want to come in and pick the slabs ourself" It was spoken in English. Any we decided to see what the layout guy could do. He was prenominal. 5 Stars for him. The installers, Gabe and Keion did a fantastic job. great seam work. Great work mounting the sink. Awesome job with the demo, not damaging anything. 5 stars for them. Combine 3 stars for MIA Shauna, and 1 star(being generous) for Reece, its' a 3 star review. The first time I went in the store the woman was very pleasant, but admitted she was somewhat new & still learning some things. In our conversation, I asked if they had a builder's discount, she said she didn't know, but she would have to find out, but her boss wasn't there, she assured me she would call me when she found out (no one ever called). I went back a few weeks later to again look at flooring & spoke with the same woman. I again asked her if they had the builders discount at which time she excused herself went to speak with another woman and came back and told me, no they did not. The ironic thing was the time before when I was in the store, there was a Realtor in the store (who I learned from an employee does several homes - maybe fix & flips) - I don't know. And I hear them discussing her discounts. Not only do we own a company that builds custom homes, but I'm also a licensed real estate agent. So the independent agent gets a flooring discount, but the builder/agent doesn't get a discount There seems to be an issue with flooring stores in Colorado Springs, so I am going elsewhere. I truly thought this "might be the one", sadly it is not.

I knew switching from a double bowl to a single bowl that was also deeper would require more plumbing but well worth it. James and Miguel removed the existing laminate tops and had the new quartz with seam installed in 3.5 hours! The seam looks so good. I wanted to wait to review until I had photos with the tile backsplash but I am so impressed I am reviewing asap! I picked out my own sink and faucet and just made sure they knew what I wanted and again I am beyond happy. They also did a great job cleaning up!

But our counter-top was only five feet long, so purchasing a full slab made no sense. The install went fine and the team was professional and fast. But they didn't really take any time to have us inspect the work, they just packed up and moved on. Upon inspection, there is a small section in the middle of the countertop about an inch square that is unpolished and appears scratched. It might be a low spot in the slab or a friction point from shipping. It's squarely in the center of the slab naturally (photo attached). I asked Julio if they could send someone out to take a look and possibly buff/polish it out. He asked for photos, which we sent. Eventually he came back (presumably after talking to Hope) and said no, the unpolished area is naturally in the stone - nothing to be done. I found that rather remarkable given that they never saw it in person. ISW couldn't be bothered to check out their own work - a major red flag ISW has a nice selection, but the service and attention to detail when an issue arises is non-existent. They seem focused on volume, rather than on smaller customers, like me, who are inevitably going to share their experience. That's surprising for a stone supplier in the Tri-Lakes area where customer experience is the ballgame. Bottom line, you might find the stone you want, maybe even at a good price. But if anything goes wrong, ISW can't be counted on to even inspect the work they did, much less try to find the customer an acceptable solution. If you are considering a large kitchen or other install where service and excellence matter, beware...

Troy's crew were coordinated and remained "on time" throughout the project (don't underestimate the importance of this). As with any remodeling project, it's the details that make the difference. Troy has worked in all aspects of home building and even had his own cabinet shop at one point. Having someone that has finish carpentry experience is invaluable; those folks have a higher standard. Dan listened well, did exactly what I asked, and he and Doug went above and beyond to minimize the mess that taking out a tile floor creates. David was very patient and helpful during the color selection, even though I was very anxious about making that decision, and he did a great job of staining in the custom color that I chose. The crew was very careful to leave no damage. The price was competitive. There were a couple of boards that I wasn't happy with and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction without my having to insist. Pryor really cares about customer service. I will definitely use them again in the future for any hardwood project.
