When it comes to the food, I would not recommend as I can't find a positive thing to say. We were excited to try the "coffee flight" in which you are able to choose up to 4 different flavors. They got the flavors wrong and so we were given the matcha with strawberry cold foam, snicker doodle, cookie and cream, and Texan smore. The coffee was bland without much flavor and don't get excited as these come in 2oz jars and all for more than $10. We asked for a water cup and were handed a paper cup with coffee grinds floating in it and not to mention is it straight from the tap. We have two kids and seen they have an order of two strawberry waffles, again for over $10, and when they arrived at the table they could not be bigger than a large silver dollar. We adults ordered our own avocado toast and opted for the brisket. The brisket was originally frozen as we seen her scrap it from a pan, the "toast" is served with several mini pieces of bread, an avocado spread, and a sprinkle of pico. Again, not much flavor and the bread was very soggy. When at the counter I did try to order over easy eggs in which she replied,"I'm sorry we don't do eggs like that. They come already made,frozen". This order totaled over $50 and a lot of disappointment. The staff were friendly.

If the doors are unlocked and windows open with these young girls there alone with no security that is a safety hazard. The woman working the drive-thru who took my order came across as rude and uninterested. She didn't seem welcoming or appreciative of customers, which left a bad impression before I even got my drink. Overall, between the low-quality coffee and the unfriendly service, I don't plan on coming back. I hope Jolt takes customer feedback seriously and works on both the consistency of their drinks and the professionalism of their staff.
