I purchased Groupon for $125 to get my windows tinted. I called the shop to schedule an appointment and I get a voicemail saying that he's not answering the phone because he's getting spammed with 100's of calls per day and that if you'd like to schedule an appointment to text him. Fine, I send a text to schedule an appointment and he says he no longer accepts Groupon Vouchers. No apologies, no explanation, no info on how to get my refund, nothing. When I asked how I would get my money back he advised me to contact Groupon. I was able to the $125 back in Groupon bucks but not cash. If I wanted a full refund they'd have to escalate to him. Since he said he wasn't giving any refunds I took the Groupon bucks. He's unprofessional and shouldn't run an offer he can't honor. Definitely not the way to run or grow a business. read more

Good quality tint. Only thing i have noticed is my left driver side window when it's rolled down you can see a scratch on the tint. But its not visible when window is rolled up. read more

I purchased a Groupon to get my windows tinted. The price was reasonable, and the location was very convenient for me. I called and left a message asking to make an appointment to get the tint. I got a call back, but could not answer it since I was at work. I called back and got an answer, but he said he was with a customer and asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes. That was the last I heard from him for three weeks. FIVE voicemails and a text later, I had still not heard anything from him, so I contacted Groupon. They said they would contact him and get back to me. It was only then that I received a TEXT from The Tint Shop. The 5-message long text was rife with excuse after excuse, including blaming me for not answering when he called me back that one time, and claiming that he was too busy to respond to clients unless it was "early in the morning or late at night." While I do not doubt the volume of his business, I do not accept that as a reasonable explanation for not respond to a clearly eager client. I left FIVE voicemails, which is about four too many. Customer service is vital to a successful business, and this man just crapped the bed big time. Long story short, I requested a refund from Groupon and will be going with a different small business to take care of my car tint. read more

Rearranged my entire week to be able to have my car windows tinted after work on a Friday. Called and spoke to a representative who scheduled my appointment and sent a text to confirm. The establishment's posted hours are 10am-6:00pm, M-F. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 4:30pm and there was no one to be found. Called the number again and was told that they closed early due to an unexpected occurrence. I could completely understand that things come up unexpectedly...but at the VERY least, a business should make an attempt to reach out to scheduled clients and reschedule or cancel appointments. This tint shop was out of my way, and to travel this far and not be able to complete my service was quite a disappointment. Not professional at all. read more

Good customer service, good prices, good people that work there. The place is the only thing that could use an upgrade. Don't get me wrong, it's not dirty or hard to locate, it's plenty clean, well lit, and is easy to locate. It's just that I could see how to some it may not be confidence inspiring.
