The initial tint installation had visible dirt contamination. The owner contacted me after my…read morereview and asked for a chance to fix it, so I removed the review and returned. The redo still had dirt specks in every window and the passenger side window they redid had a major gap compared to the other three windows. A week later the rear window developed a large bubble and the windshield tint showed more defects. When I returned they pushed the bubble down instead of replacing the tint, which created creases. I was also told dirt in the windshield tint was acceptable if it did not block my view. The bubble returned shortly after leaving and the windshield now has a noticeable uneven texture. Communication stopped after I sent photos. The owner later offered a $238 refund even though I paid $547. All windows still have contamination in the film and I now have to pay another shop to remove and redo the tint. I want the tint removed and the glass cleaned but I am not comfortable letting the same shop touch my vehicle again because I am concerned about possible retaliation or damage. Worst tint experience I have had.

I so appreciated his honesty and wise counsel on what made the most sense (such as not going with PPF on the windshield unless it outweighed the deductible to replace a chipped or shattered windshield). No unnecessary upselling here! His team were so kind and made sure I understood the process as well as any caveats that could come from removing old PPF that had shrunken and left a nice line of dirt on the exposed adhesive. John and Taylor took good care of my car with service that went the extra mile! I chose to also add clear-ish tint on the inside of my windshield to cut some of the heat and Anthony placed the tint on seamlessly. I did discover it didn't heal right the first time but Brian and Anthony were gracious enough to replace with no hassle, free of charge. It's hard to find great, hard-working folks that honestly care about the quality of the experience over making a sale. I felt their prices were reasonable and they were even able to get the most out of one sheet of tint to cut down on costs! Thank you to Brian and the team! If you're looking to get new or replace old PPF/tint, this is the place to do it!
