I've been wanting to get my Accord's windows tinted for the longest, but always put it off. I'm glad I did, I stumbled across Tint House while visiting the beauty supply store next door! I was excited to learn that they're also black owned and have VERY reasonable pricing! The guys are very helpful and explained the entire tint process, the differences in the color of tints, visibility, what's legal, what's illegal, offered suggestions, after care, etc. I scheduled an appointment on a week day afternoon. I waited an hour, (which the service tech said was too long of a wait) and was on my way ( I personally thought the time was reasonable). Excellent service here! I'm so glad I brought my nissan sentra here to get tint. The owner was very kind and actually called me after I emailed him a few times for details. He let me know that my appointment was approved but they had an earlier availability if I would like, which I did. The inside of the location was tiny, 2 chairs and a table. But this was for the best because, covid19. I wore my mask inside and honestly could have waited outside. Everything did look clean inside though. It took around 1.5 hours to finish my 25% tint job. I bought a Groupon, after researching, of course. The service I received far exceeded my expectations. Tillman was so patient and thorough answering my questions and going over the different upgrades I wanted. Speaking of upgrading, reasonable pricing in an UNDERSTATEMENT. After upgrading the tiny for the 5 windows included and adding the windshield, I was still out the door paying less than other companies for 5 windows with no upgrading. Even if you don't have a group, talk with Tillman. Then I picked my car up a couple hours later and WOW!!! The detailed instructions for the care following were amazing. I could tell that nobody would leave the establishment, without fully understanding how to EASILY care for them for 3-5 days, because he is passionate about his business and truly wants his customers to enjoy what they have paid. I stumbled across this place when I saw a deal on Groupon. The promotion was to get 5 windows (front and back windows, and rear windshield) tinted. I jumped at the opportunity to buy this service because it was a great price for the type of work being done. The website said to book an appointment in order to use the deal. I called the number, and spoke to Tillman who told me that he was only open 10am-5pm Tuesdays to Saturday. When I told him that I couldn't make any appointments during that time frame do to work, Tillman was very accommodating and was willing to stay after the normal work hours in order to provide me with an opportunity to get the service done. He was super friendly and helpful with all the questions I had about the tinting process. Tillman was the highest level of professional and provided the best customer service. The tinting was of the highest quality in product and installation. I got a great value through Groupon, but if I need a tint for another car and I can't find a Groupon for this place, I'd still take it here because of the overall experience I had. read more
