The Tall Boys are $20 for any two. I'm not sure if they offer food. It's a great place to buy time, while the significant other shops. It's centered in the entrance of the mall. First you need to place your order and pay at a kiosk. (There was a human who offered to help us through the process.) The robots can literally make hundreds of different drinks! Yes, they are rather pricy; ($17-22 range,) but how often can you have a robot make your drink and serve you?! There were 4 in our group. With so many drinks available, it was really hard to make a selection! I finally decided on a Dark and Stormy, and my husband chose an Irish mule. The Dark and Stormy made by a robot was absolutely the best I've ever had! Drinks were made quickly and there's a screen with a drink queue so you know when your drink is actually being made. There were games to play at some of the tables, (tic-tac-toe, Jenga, mini corn hole, etc.). There was also a regular bar with a bartender available. There was one human working behind the bar, so we avoided the drunken robot. Interesting concept, but not for the price to watch a robotic arm (not even the whole robot) mix a drink. Bloody Mary was my drink of choice. Spicy. It was good, but I've had better. Seating for groups is limited, so we used the beer-pong table and brought over some chairs. At first I was like "what the heck?!?" but then again it looked cool as hell. First, you go up to a touch screen and go through all the drink options, then pick one, pay, add your name and the robots make your drink!!! I chose the "Darth Vader" because reasons. It's a vodka and amaretto cocktail. But honestly there are so many options. It was so cool to watch the robots make the drinks. They even shake the drinks. Just epic. We went here after the Halestorm/I Prevail concert at PH Live, which we treated as our little concert afterparty. This Tipsy Robot can be found inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, across from Cabo Wabo Cantina and before you reach the exit out onto The Strip. Very easy and very convenient to find. You simply place your order on one of the tablets provided and the robotic arms in front of you make your drink. I ordered a Tequila Sunrise cocktail and my boyfriend ordered a rum and coke mixed drink, which ended up being his fourth rum and coke of the night. We ran into some trouble when we went to pay for our drinks (it wouldn't take my card and it kept telling me that the transaction was declined), so we flagged down an employee for assistance. She told us that their payment system does work but can run slow occasionally. When we found a table to sit at, the lady who helped up with our payment offered us lemon rum shots on the house. It was like drinking a liquid lemon drop, I'm not gonna lie here. I'm not used to taking shots when I go out to bars because they're really strong, but this is a shot that I thoroughly enjoyed. I also enjoyed my Tequila Sunrise, which is a cocktail that I've never tried before. It was like a sunrise kind of feeling in my mouth. My boyfriend liked his rum and coke but he had to stop drinking after this one because he was feeling a bit woozy! Don't worry, we took a rideshare here. Walked by this when we were exploring Vegas and thought it was so cool! There were a couple employees there just to help if you were having any issues but the drinks were all made by a robot arm! Tipsy Robot was empty except for a couple sitting inside and I see why. Most of the screens where you're supposed to start this alleged robotic drink process, were down or off. My cousin and I sat at the "bar" which looked and felt more like a counter at a hot dog stand. The booze selections are very limited. Creative concept for a bar in Las Vegas. The only problem is that if you have a toddler/child with you, they can't enter the establishment. Thank goodness my mother was here for me to be able to experience it. You order and pay for your cocktail from the mini electronic menus. Then on a larger screen, your order will be shown on the queue. Pay attention to when the two robotic arms about to make your cocktail! It's pretty neat watching them mix your drinks. Then Voila! The Tipsy Robot is located at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. My mom and I were at the Miracle Mile shops for a show at the Bakkt theatre at Planet Hollywood. We had some time before the show started at 8:00 P.M and decided to stop by the Tipsy Robot! The Tipsy Robot has a robotic arm as a bartender. You can place your order at the self-service kiosk and then watch the robotic arm prepare the drink order. Once the drink is done, you then retrieve it at the counter. The robotic arm crafts the drink within a minute! It will weigh and measure the drink. It's quite fast! There are a variety of drinks that you can choose from. The bar is open during lunch and dinner hours. You do have to be 21 and older to enter though. You can watch the robotic arm from outside the bar as well! It's a great experience and I'd would recommend visiting The Tipsy Robot at least once if you're visiting from out of town or if you're a local. read more
