My partner and I were staying at planet Hollywood so it was nice that we could easily access the glass bar & the machines just by taking an elevator down. Service was good. Drinks did take a little while as it was busy. The booths were a nice area to sit, drink and talk. The dim lighting & decor truly set the mood. read more

This is one my go to bars every time I'm in Vegas. Conveniently located in the center of all the Planet Hollywood action it's easy to find. There's a great selection of tabletop games at the bar to peruse and partake in. The bartenders are friendly and greet you with a smile once you find your spot. Soon after you're enjoying one of their creations. Keep it simple or make it something fancy, the majority of the bartenders won't let you down. Ok, I had one not so good experience but I'm not going to let it ruin the many many good times at this bar. This place is fun, it's right in the middle of all the Vegas party and gambling action. Stopped by here after a concert and was surprised at how good the drink was. Tried the fruity pebble drink. I thought it might be too sweet but it was actually very tasty and well balanced. Overall, they have a unique menu for a casino bar. Our server was Misty and she was very attentive and friendly. The bar is right in the middle of the casino area but pretty chill. I would definitely go by here again if I was passing through. read more

The lounge is spacious and plenty' of private and first come first serve seating. You can call or come in person to reserve your private seating! The lounge hostesses is the crown jewel! Misty's is one of many Glass bar hostesses/waitress that very friendly, professional, gorgeous, and full of enthusiasm to get everyone in your party to feel like you are in Vegas!!! Had a nice cocktail in a pretty and comfortable bar in the middle of the PH casino floor. I don't know if they have entertainment there on prime hours, but I was there on a late Sunday afternoon, and it was a better option to kill a bit of time that having another uninspired cocktail from a restaurant bar. read more

Highly deceptive bartenders. Andy, first bartender, tells me play 5 hands for complimentary drinks. I play at least 10. You need to play in quick succession. So I play 10 more quickly. Nothing. I tell Andy I'll go next door to the Extra Lounge. Same hotel, Planet Hollywood. He says the other bar, Extra Lounge, doesn't serve real drinks. Not the real branded drinks. They repour (suggesting not real alcohol). But Glass Bar is real alcohol from glass bottles. What? Guys at the Extra Lounge have been super nice. No BS. Straight shooters. But I believe Andy and play at least 10 more hands. At least 30 played in a few minutes. Nothing. Then he claims there's an algorithm. Other bartender walks by and rudely states "No, it's not green. No drinks." Whole experience sucked!! Deceptive, BS, trashing the other bar, ... really unsavory behavior and highly deceptive. Folks at Extra Lounge are very nice, but I now question their drinks. My brother was so disappointed too. Will not go back and will try to avoid Caesar properties. Culture probably encourages deception and poor behavior. We're staying at the hotel too. Stay away from these guys. Not clear what's realty. read more

Stopped in here 2 nights in a row as it was more relaxing than so many others on the strip. First night we ordered drinks at the bar as it didn't look like there was any sever coming to the tables. No big deal. 2nd night we were greeted by Kimberly with a big Ole smile. She was as pleasant as they come. Drinks were spot on. I'm sure we will return here on our next visit to Planet Hollywood. read more

It's been a long conference week here in the desert, thank goodness for that oasis called Glass Bar, and more especially or server Misty! I attended multiple end of day refreshment sessions there with different hosts and, for each one, Misty and Glad Bar were awesome! I never lacked attention and always had the highest level of service. Mystic is friendly, polite, and efficient! I always had my next drink two minutes before i finished my current beverage. That's an amazing feat with a group of 15-20 thirsty conference goers, and there was always a smile and a feeling of genuinely being cared for. Any time our family comes to Vegas, we make it a point to come check out the Glass Bar. We stayed at Planet Hollywood for a week (27th Jan - 3rd Feb) and spent a lot of time in this chilled and modern bar in the centre of the casino. What kept us coming back? Drinks? Yes. But mainly the incredible and friendly service from both Leticia and Misty. Always there to serve us with a friendly smile. Attentive, friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. People like them really make a venue so I hope they are recognised for their hardwork and amazing service. I've been a regular at this spot since it was The Heart Bar, and now with its new name, The Glass Bar, there's one thing that hasn't changed--Benita's incredible service. For years, she's made every visit special. Not only does she greet me with a smile and remember my usual drink, but she also has this amazing ability to notice when my drink is running low and refills it before I even have to ask. We have been served by Mary, who is such an asset to yourselves, she is such a lovely lady, we have had some laughs with her, she has such a great personality and is very welcoming. It was an odd playlist with songs we didn't recognize, and it really took away from the ambiance. We ordered the Pretty in Pink and the Make It Dirty. We noticed a couple people come in, have one drink, and then leave after closing out their tab.
