The HOA sent numerous emails to them and I called and emailed numerous times. It is now February , 6 month later and they still did not fully reimburse me. RUN...RUN AWAY...DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.. Our experience with them was that I believe the young man that came out was just too young and not experienced in doing anything. Which was not his fault it's just that he had no experience. We just wanted him to put rock into our planters shoveling rock from the wheelbarrow to the planters. We were almost done took about two hours and then he said he had to leave because I only paid for two hours. What am I supposed to do with the other only 20 to 30 minutes left to finish the job! I told him I would gladly pay the additional, but he said he had plans something else that he had to do It was a little Disappointed. read more
