At the beginning of the conversation, I was very clear that I was just calling for a quote, and once the person gave me the information, he wanted to lock in and pay a down payment towards the quote. I told him once again that I have other companies to check out, and I am not deciding on the first quote that I receive. he went on to tell me that it was the best quote, that the other company can scam me, and other additional stuff. Once more, I informed him of my plan, and while I was speaking, he hung up on me. If this reflects how the company conducts itself, I am definitely not using them. And I would advise everyone not to use them because they are very unprofessional.
