Very nice brunch spot by Sam's Club in Springdale. The restaurant is clean, bright, and open with lots of seating inside and outside. They have a large breakfast and lunch menu including Benedicts, omelets, sandwiches, and salads. Their prices are quite high ($16-18 a meal) but most entrees are big enough to share. I also like their signature cinnamon donuts with caramel and fried banana peppers appetizer. They have a huge drink menu too including coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages. Be sure to sign up for their rewards to get free food for your bday and anniversary and rewards for every 100 points earned. We have been 3 times now and service has been slow everytime unfortuantely (food times and service ) however, servers and managers are friendly and helpful when they are available. With all the brunch restaurants in the area this one is a solid 4 stars and could be higher in the future with faster service and better prices. read more

This is a bright, light, lovely, airy casual dining restaurant with an extensive menu for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We tried it for the first time on Sunday and we loved it! Food was delicious with generous portions. They were able to accommodate gluten free diet needs too. Service was very good. They brought us warm donuts with caramel dipping sauce to start. So, we were in town early in the morning and we're about to head back home, which was an hour away and we said to ourselves... Let's get something to eat. We both decided on Chick-fil-A and decided to choose a Chick-fil-A with a pretty good rating across the street from the Sam's Club gas station. As we're driving towards the complex where the Chick-fil-A was, we saw the Toasted Yolk Café. We both were quite intrigued and made a detour and went there. We talked outside for a bit because there were some things that we needed to discuss, but when we walked in, we were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner by an awesome gentleman who shared about the origins of the restaurant and genuinely let us know how good everything on the menu was, regardless of our pick. I was quiet and impressed at the ingenuity of this awesome host. we went ahead and got sat down outside on a beautiful sunny day and started taking a look at the menu... This menu is phenomenal... I did not really know where to even start to order because there were so many good things that I wanted to try. We started off with a couple drinks. My husband ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk and I ordered a chamomile tea with heavy whipping cream and honey. (The tea was delicious and my husband drank his latte very quickly...I looked over and it was gone) Our servers name was Connie, and she was amazing... She was very friendly and we had a great conversation throughout the entirety of our meal. We ended up ordering two eggs, breakfast deluxe with cheddar eggs, pork, sausage, hash, brown casserole, and a bread choice. We also ordered the Eiffel Tower omelette with Monterey Jack, cheese, chicken sausage, spinach, and diced tomatoes with a side of grits and the biscuit to go. This food was so good. My husband gobbled up the omelette almost to its entirety until he got full and I ate as much of the two egg breakfast as I could until I got full. We got boxes to go. I will say, to have randomly drove up to this restaurant today was probably one of the best things that we could've done today... My favorite brunch spot! I try to bring nearly everybody here and then they bring people. I don't get to come often but it is the best! They have the best eggs benedict selections! I like your restaurant and want to come back but you need to figure out a way to serve your biscuits hot. Even Braum's has figured that out. And when someone in the south orders biscuits and gravy, they want plenty of gravy, rather than just a layer sitting on top of the biscuits... and it needs to be steaming hot with no cooled film on top. Stopped here with friends for a weekday breakfast. The building is in a new strip mall by Sam's. The service and food were great but the price was kinda high, I felt. Went there today and had great service! No wait and got right in at 10:45am. The food was excellent! Had the Chicken Fried Steak, and it was awesome. I typically don't go for gravy because I feel as though I can make a better gravy, but this gravy was really tasty and comparable to what I make. Service was great. Facility was really clean. However the food not too great. The eggs were good. The sausage however had to be frozen or almost microwavable. The english muffin was pretty horrid. The hashbrown casserole was edible. Now the blueberry donut I have a knack for all things blueberry that was good which brought me to a 3 star here. I would be interested in going back to try the carne asada burrito or a different type of meal however for my normal breakfast I give this a 2-3 star. It's not somewhere I would rave about going too or recommend. Again friendly staff and clean facility. This was on a Sunday around 8-9am.
