I personally have shopped at these locations for 3 years, and the quality recently has been horrendous. Notably the Zombie Cryo edition vapes taste and feel like nicotine when they are advertised as thc based products. I've stopped smoking for 3 years and I got a massive nicotine rush while using that product but no refund was offered.

Do you want the .26 cents back and I'm like isn't it .76? She gets mad and throws the papers and incorrect change in my hand and the papers fall in the floor and I asked what the problem is for the attitude and she says that it's because of the job...?? I don't know what could be so stressful or why she would be so tired of a job that requires you to almost do nothing other than take care of customers. I don't think vapecity should have someone who can't count money as their cashier and especially someone who can't take care of customers at the front of their store. Very unprofessional but like she said no one calls her back for others jobs and I told her that maybe it's because of that attitude.
