The repair costed me $350 and the owner BLAINE refused to pay for the damages. I spoke with him twice within two hours and he offered me $100 which wouldn't even cover the amount of coolant which is 6 gallons that needed to be replaced. The shop labor and the part alone is over $200. This guy told me he had to ask his manager what to do even though he was the owner. He argued with me about how the cost of repair is too high even though I offered to provide receipts. Needless to say I'm out of $350. First and last time customer. Come to find out he and his wife own L & L tire. They told us what tire we should have on our camper. She ordered tires that day and said they would be the next morning. I brought in my husband's truck for tires and Brandon checked the brakes while it was on the rack. He took me out and showed me how much was left on the pads. He also told long they would be safe before needing to be changed. I later brought the truck in to have the brakes changed . Couldn't be happier with the service we receive there. My Honda is under warranty at the dealership which includes oil changes . For my Hondas brake work I brought it to Brandon . There is nobody I trust more than him and his mechanics to do it right.
