I have questions about gifts for my nieces, and the employees at Busy Bee Toys take the time to ask questions about my nieces' interests and engage me rather than just trying to "sell" me. As someone paying attention to customer service matters that appeals to me. Third, the merchandise is engaging and often offers educational elements.
