Both times, I was told the work was complete. A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice. Sorry) came out to assess the damage with a better quality/more powerful snake. Then he realized he was going to have to bring in the big dog equipment and would have to come back the next day. As promised, he was back first thing this morning with extra equipment and an extra guy. They were here for maybe an hour and our shower was draining again! Both guys were incredibly courteous and kind and explained what they were doing throughout the process. And I don't know how much money this usually costs, but the price did NOT break the bank, which was a huge relief during the holidays.
