It's a small post office located in a very nice place. The gentleman that works here is very helpful. He deserves a 5 star!!

If you're not sure what you're looking for or where to begin, just start with the "Best Sellers" table at the front of the store or look for the "Staff picks". There's also a nice selection of gift items for book lovers: candles, journals, bookmarks, mugs, etc. I personally love purchased Barnes & Noble gift cards for students.

We walked in, she glared at us- I tried not to think much of it, but as she was finishing ringing me up I looked up to thank her and she was literally grimacing at me, and this was after she tried to hurriedly ring me up without even asking if I was a rewards member (I am) or anything else. I keep trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because I also work in retail, but girl just seems miserable. Literally I have NO other issues with any other employee there, everyone else has been so kind so I brought my review up to 4 stars from 3. But if you're going to give me a dirty look Jasmine, wait until I turn around. This is a smaller location but I'll continue to visit, I just really hope Jasmine isn't there- it's always uncomfortable when she is.

Ok!, In…read moreTouch, US Weekly, and People have copied each other so much that if you picked one up, opened it to the middle, you wouldn't know which one you are in. Their focus is primarily celebrity gossip, and everyone loves that, but nothing separates them from each other. Entertainment Weekly has been around for nearly 20 years, and they have done a good job of maintaining their core qualities (entertainment previews and reviews, interesting celebrity--both small and large--interviews, bests of) while also adding new ideas to keep it fresh. For me, when it comes to entertainment magazines, I only subscribed to Entertainment Weekly. Premiere, which was monthly, was written much more professionally and elegantly, but it is no longer around. Entertainment Weekly primarily focuses on movies, television, and music. I love their previews, reviews, and best of for movies and television. In terms of music, I'm not the biggest music fan (but it is okay; it does get significantly less coverage than movies and television). I wish they did more with their book section; it seems to be getting smaller and smaller over the years. But that's what happens when there isn't much demand. Entertainment Weekly is a very reasonably priced subscription, and it is the top source out there for the latest in movies and television.

Way to lose a longtime subscriber, EW! The bottom line has obviously become your main concern, and…read morecustomer loyalty, let alone customer service, means nothing. I have happily read your magazine as not just a guilty pleasure but an actual source of information about the business, and even defended it. This despite the fact that your billing department has ALWAYS been a mess. I have generally gotten at least six notices to "renew immediately" and then I do and I often end up getting checks back for overpaying! Now-- fast forward to today: In May of this year (yes, just last month) I renewed my subscription WITH A PERSON, and worked out a deal to pay $49.00 for the year in three installments. Now what does that usually mean people? THREE INSTALLMENTS SPREAD OUT OVER THE YEAR. Or once every four months. So I pay the first one, and then the very next month I get another bill. I assume this is a mistake but no- now I'm told that since I missed a payment I now have to pay off the remaining balance! $33.00. Immediately or my subscription will lapse! So I call- and I am told that yes, I have the installment plan; three installments of $16. something each. We go round and round until Ashley (who was trying her best) finally says "In the first three months." "But that's ridiculous!" I tell her. "Who ever heard of a yearly installment plan where you had to pay it all in the first three months???" AND I was not informed of this at the time of purchase. THEN-- then I tell her I can't afford to pay that $33.00 right now - isn't that sad-- and can I at least pay the rest off each month for the rest of the year? No. Bottom line: No. N. O. Customer loyalty-- WHO CARES?" says EW, "We want our money NOW"
