They make it easy to email or upload files so there's no need to go in until the print is completed. A couple times I wasn't happy with how the color turned out and they adjusted it and made me another print at no charge. Gwen has helped me several times with my order and has always been very helpful. They are also reasonably priced, and conveniently have a parking lot in front of the store. Highly recommend!

I contacted them and was offered 3 other locations. But now, they've disappeared from those locations, as well. I've tried contacting them by phone and via their website. But repeatedly, no one answers the phone, and they repeatedly never respond to voicemail messages. They used to, but not anymore. I know they were sold again recently, so it's starting to appear that they (like other print publications) may have stopped their printed editions in favor of just being made available online. All said, they've always had GREAT content, but WHEN or IF you can pick up a copy locally anymore. And at least either answer your phone or respond to inquiries because we've started to lose interest.

When I tried to cancel my subscription I sent two emails to their circulation department. I received no response despite asking for a reply so I know my subscription has been cancelled. Following that, I sent an email to their circulation director requesting the same thing. Again, no response. As far as the journal content, it's very repetitive amd I find it boring. It covers what real estate moguls are buying up buildings and land, health care acquisitions, new hipster companies started, lawyers, and a few other things. At first, it's interesting. About six issues in it's very repetitive. I only read 3 or 4 issues a year at this point. Happy to unsubscribe...if they ever return my damn emails!

The NYT is the worst. I'm paying for a Sunday paper that I have not received in six weeks. Each…read moretime my paper is not delivered--and it's every Sunday now for six weeks--I call the Times and someone apologetically tells me they will have it redelivered and make sure that I receive it the following Sunday. And the paper is not redelivered, and the following Sunday I have no paper. The NYT is apparently trying to get their subscribers to stop ordering a hard copy of the Times and go digital, but they're not being honest about it. They don't even deserve one star.
