We got there a bit later than expected so went straight to the blueberry fields- they had a variety of varieties, just starting to ripen, will be lots of picking for the next few weeks- priced by the pound they are a great value compared to store prices - we went for the large berries to make jam, syrup and pies, the petite ones would be perfect for muffins and pancakes- it was a wonderful morning with my son and well worth the drive.

Terrific family-owned blueberry farm and nursery! They open up for U-Pick around mid-April to…read moremid-May depending on the growing season. For the 2017 season, they charged $3 per pound for U-Pick and $4 per pound for We-Pick [They-Pick]. The prices are way cheaper than the grocery store and you support a family-owned local Florida blueberry farm instead of getting your blueberries from Chile or New Zealand during off-season. We buy in bulk and freeze the rest. When the farm is open to the public and you would rather just pick up some blueberries instead of picking (it's usually pretty hot during blueberry season), it's recommended you call ahead so they can have your blueberries ready for you. Definitely worth the drive and something fun for the whole family. Remember, season is short so don't forget to mark your calendars for next season! :)

The shelves are always well stocked and the facility seems well maintained. We always enjoy our shopping experience here. Dollar general at 100 highway 20 in Interlochen has the rudest, nastyous,and unprofessional cashier…read morepossible. The comments coming out of her mouth are appalling. This poor excuse for a cashier actually made the comment to me and I quote " you can never get enough to drink can you when I purchased a beer. This is a pattern with the workers at this store. I just got off the phone with the corporate hotline and I video taped the whole thing. I have an attorney getting involved.
