This place was 5 stars when it was ran by Michelson Realty. They still have pictures of this property on there website even though they sold it. They were so proud and had every right to be proud. They ran it exceptionally. Best I have ever seen. So bloody sad for us that still live here. Not the same not even close. I wish I had left earlier. I miss them so much. How lovely they were to the residents. How I never felt like a bother. I felt cherished and appreciated. Yes it was a bit higher priced but for the services and amenities was well worth it. The apartment was lacking but the outside was WOW. Now everything has changed I mean everything. Now we have the new management people of Morgan. Rude in so many ways. I hate to even report maint. things the new company wants to charge for EVERYTHING. Just an example been a resident for a really long time. They go up in price EVERY SINGLE TIME NO EXCEPTIONS. Started off at $900.00 now at $1500 for a one bedroom although prices on the website for 1300.00. Paying $2400 in a year over market rate. When you try to speak with them about it they are so proud of taking advantage and just plain rude. The last conversation with the person that did the renewal was the deciding factor. I'm so done and cannot wait to find a company like Michelson again. Just a bit of research and I will find it. I will come back and post pictures/proof of how it is now. They'll be nice to you when your applying. they think high class hispanics with very disrespectful attitude. they tryna make you feel less than and there better than others espically lauren. the assigant manager also is a headace aswell they dont care to help if your on the phone for to long they will hang up and not intend ur issue i would advise to not get catfished by the pics or think twice before applying the office will forsure come with issues its in inevitable. read more

Trails at Rock Creek is beautiful! Apartments are nice and cozy, affordable very neat. The only downside are the pools. They say they close at 10 but sometimes they close early. I was at the lazy river today and it was 9:37 and this lady came up to me and my friend stating the pool was closed. We were both confused since it is supposed to close at 10. Since we didn't get out the minute the lady said it was closed, she turned around and stated the pool was closed in a rude way. She also looked like she didn't work there, dressed up with regular clothes (leggings, boots and tank top). I understand if it's raining or if there is a thunderstorm but the sky was clear and no signs of thunder noted. If the time for pool closing is 10 pm, stick to it unless there is a good reason to close it. Other than that, I'm so happy with this apartment! Also, lock your cars and take everything out!!! I got my bag stolen last night and my Mexican passport was inside my bag. Thankfully no other stuff was missing but definitely be careful! read more

First I would like to say, Trails at Rock Creek is absolutely beautiful. I went in to fill out an application and disclosed about my credit history. I wanted to go in instead of filling out online, they do have the option of online for convenience. Specifically went in to ask if there will be a problem to receive approval due to my credit history (which happened beyond my control) and working diligently on correcting. Never been late at my current residence of 3 years, and will never be late on rent or miss a payment. The gentleman told me worse case would be paying double deposit or one month rent for deposit. I in return believed him and applied. Now understand, would have left a 5 star rating if they had been upfront and honest with me. I am not delusional about my credit, by all means, and that is why I asked. So in return would expect the same honesty. read more

Trails at Rock Creek apartments have been a great place to live for us. We have only had a few reasons to contact maintenance and they have always taken care of us same day or the following day at the latest. There is always plenty of parking including visitor parking for our guests and all of the staff is very friendly. The pools are very nice and always clean. They have been going around replacing dead plants and flowers so you can tell they truly care about keeping it a nice looking community. 10/10 would recommend living here. read more

First of all let me point out that the prices they rent these apartments are too expensive for outdated apartments. The pools are probably the only attraction. The office staff is nice while you're initially applying and then after they've given you their word on leasing terms they will turn around and deny you. They even convinced us to come back a few months later to allow these things to fall off of our rental history and that was complete bull. They even said they would allow us to reapply without repaying the admin and application fee. This was also a lie.. they stated bc the staff member who helped us originally was no longer there that they couldn't honor that and that they would have never said that. We wasted 7 months dealing with this place under the impression we would be moving here and instead they turned us down and refused to give us any type of refund on all of the fees we paid. Jason Hoang is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He does not keep his word or the word of his staff and will not work with you. Please don't waste your time and money here. read more

I absolutely love living here. The amenities are nice. Several pools, a lazy river, playground, two fitness areas and much more. It is a gated community so you feel safe. If you have a package arriving and won't be home, have no fear. They have this nifty area called Luxer One, where your packages get delivered to at the front office. You can pick up whenever is convenient for you. They also have events monthly you can partake in. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. read more

ero star!!!!This place lacks tenant safety, for a so called luxury apartment complex they lack a secure security system, burglaries continue to happen i have lived here for 4 months my boyfriends rims where stolen 11/2021 and my truck was stolen 1/19/2022. I have brought my concerns to management Ana cafagnas attention and seems  like she didn't care not one bit. I haven't been the only victim of theft at this apartment complex there has been several tenants that have experienced the same problem. still have not installed cameras around the apartment complex as of 1/20/2022. almost seems like they are waiting for something deadly to happen. when is this negligence going to end. read more

I've lived here since October and my opinion is, the staff are very friendly, to include the maintenance and grounds keepers. They are a little on the pricey side (but not too pricey), but the apartments are well maintained and I feel safe, so, take that for what you wish. They are quiet. I live on the 1st floor and rarely hear anything from above or across from me. My entire neighborhood is very friendly. All the neighbors pretty much know each other, at least by face if not by name, but mostly by our pets. I have a little patio (wish it was larger) that I enjoy every day, every person that passes makes it a point to say hello, which is relieving to be honest. My only point of contention, is the key fobs that control gate accesses, mail room, and gym doors. The vehicle gate access I have had zero issues with. But getting into the walk in gate and or the mail room have presented more than a few issues with me. I have a distinct feeling, that this is just my bad luck, I keep getting the fobs that are defunct. lol But, the staff are quick to help me every single time with their sincerest condolences for the inconvenience. Overall, as a single female with a dog, I am very pleased with these apartments and the staff. read more

Although I'm not a resident here, I would like to share how positive my experience was at this location. The young lady helping us was knowledgeable and friendly. The apartments appear clean and well kept. The amenities are excellent and I love that they had a military discount for certain fees. The only downside is I would have loved a 3 bedroom but the rates for those are just way too high. My current decision is between this and another complex. read more

This is my favorite place to live! The office people are wonderful and very willing to help! Laura J. Was very patient and explained everything during my check in rental process . I am beyond happy here! It's easy to stay fit and the neighbors are so wonderful! We have the lazy river pool, 3 other pools , 2 fitness centers, sand volleyball, tennis court, walking trails, dogs parks, movie theater, coffee bar....it's so beautiful and my apartment is amazing! Bad experience with this complex. Available price for rent was more than advertised price online. Apartments seemed ok but wasn't shown actual place to be rented. Payed $160 for application and administrative fee but application was not accepted. Offered to pay a higher deposit but was told there was nothing they could do except refund my administrative fee, which they never did. I called back a week later and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about even though it was the same person who told me that. Was given the runaround for another week before issued an email from the community manager denying responsibility and pointing to the forms that I had signed. I wouldn't have an issue if I wasn't lied to by the sales agent. Just beware of unscrupulous techniques when viewing here. read more

Although I'm not longer at these apartments, they are wonderful. My 13 months there were extremely pleasant due to maintenance and staff. Everyone working is super friendly and answers all questions. They also don't try to ignore any problems or complaints you give. They have the most amazing maintenance ever. Any problem wether big or small for the first time or the 100th time maintenance will be there in 24 hours and take care of it all. They even vacuumed for certain things! I moved in here in April of 2015. I lived in a one bedroom upstairs and had no issues. The whole staff was great. I moved into a 2 bedroom the following year and also had no problems, with the exception of my AC going out once and co scantly getting in wasps. In October I decided to move back into a one bedroom for cost reasons and I can honestly say I can't stand it here anymore and I'm ready to leave. In my unit, my disposal has stopped working three times, I can't use my dish washer because it won't open past the cabinet; whoever designed that clearly wasn't thinking. My ac went out tonight and my unit flooded. The maintenance guy who fixed it is my favorite person here. I love him and he's sweet and helpful and has literally fixed all my issues. I don't know his name unfortunately but he deserves a damn raise. The office doesn't answer phones when you call, as I read from another resident as well. They were doing construction right next to my front door and I tried to call the front office three times to ask them what was going on because my kids were napping and I know the office was open. No one answered each time. I also called the patrol officer with an issue and NEVER received a call back? Are you kidding? Should I have just called 911 instead? They also took away the ability to pay rent via money order, now you have to pay it online on top of a three dollar fee every single time... I understand that it's just three dollars but it's still frustrating. Lease ends in August and I've had a lot of memories here but I'm ready to gtfo. read more

Save your time and money! This place is ridiculous! I've been working with this complex for about 5 months before today! I've brung family members up there as recommendations to consider moving here and I will also be letting them know don't even put the application in! I have 4 different incomes throughout every year and my spouse is a student plus works full time and they STILL WOULDNT ACCEPT MY APPLICATION. I've never met of group of individuals who turn their back on you the moment that they see a small discrepancy. Save your time and go with any of the neighboring complexes. If you're not a doctor or lawyer making 75k and up consider yourself broke in their eyes, even if you have a degree or working in higher education! Save your time! Save your money! Go with something else! The same day I talked to "Jason" is the same day I went to a complex near here and approved the SAME DAY AND GOT THE SAME EXACT FLOOR PLAN! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Oh and don't think your getting anything extra lol they don't offer any specials, no additional upgrades, there's a fee for everydamnthing! 40 dollars extra for washer and dryer 25 dollar pet rent PER PET! The Trails at Rock Creek are considered luxury apartments and they are nice but they are expensive. For the price I was paying I expected more! The gates were often broken so people who didn't live there would come and fill up the dumpsters. On one of the many occasions when the gate was broken I got robbed, with no security cameras on the property the criminals got away with it! On another occasion when the gates were broken a tenant was going crazy driving fast in and out of the apartments racing through the gates and almost killed a mother and her child in the parking lot. I was mortified and the mother was in tears! When I first moved in, the office staff was amazing but the current office staff are unprofessional. With the exception of Jason, he was part of the original staff and he's still on his game but the rest of them are rude. They don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls. There were a couple of times I had to call for maintenance when I first moved in and the repairs were taken care of right away but the new staff doesn't seem to care about the tenants like the old staff did. The faucet in my shower popped out of the wall so I couldn't use it. I had to call the office several times before I got someone to answer, then I had to wait 3 days to get the repair done. On the 3rd day I went into the office to see what was going on and she acted like it was no big deal. It was repaired that day when I got home from work but something like a shower should have been fixed by the next day. When I was moving out, I got to experience their rude attitudes one more time as a going away present. I called the office a few times on December 31, 2017 to find out where to leave my keys because I wouldn't be done when the office closed at 5 pm but no one ever answered so I left a message and like usual no one called me back. I looked for a drop box but couldn't find one and the next day was New Years Day so they were closed. The next morning I called right away and they tried to tell me I owed for 2 days because I didn't turn in the keys. I tried to explain to them that I called several times and left a message but they didn't care. I spoke to 2 different ladies and they were so rude! I lived there for 18 months, I paid my rent on line and I was never late but they didn't care they said I should have put it in the drop box. When I went by with the keys they showed me a drop box that is no where near the door and it's the same color as the brick so I couldn't find it at night. I wish I could have remembered their names so I could have included them on this review, but if you go there you will know who I'm talking about because you too will experience their attitudes!!! read more

I've lived here 5 months and so far I've been pretty impressed with the amount of assistance I've received from management when issues arise. In my particular location, the view is beautiful with all the trees and grass. My kids love the trails, sand (volleyball court), lazy river, etc. The car vacuum is helpful and a thoughtful perk. Jason and Daisy have been so helpful to us and very prompt at replying to emails or voicemails. I like that residents have lived here for 8-12 years! That says a lot about a place. It feels safe, even at night. There's also quite a few cops driving around the complex throughout each day, so that's comforting. I love how you can pick up your packages from a protected locker with a code at anytime of the day or night. Its so nice to know that my packages won't be stolen from my doorstep like at previous apartment complexes. Also, the maintenance comes quickly to complete tasks requested via the online system (that website is very convenient for my life!). read more
