Cannot say enough good things about 2125 Yale. Since I toured the apartment last October the office has been responsive, informative, helpful, kind and caring. Brianna was who assisted me initially and she was awesome! Over the course of living there I got to know the rest of the office staff and had the same experience. Any question that my roommate and I had they were quick to answer or look for a solution. I appreciate all the work the front desk & whole staff at 2125 Yale did. I felt safe in the community and it truly felt like home. Great location with tons to do. Unfortunately I moved into a one bedroom and could no longer afford to live there. My husband and I have lived at 2125 for about three years now, and have been extremely pleased. In the past, there have been areas that needed improvement and we've had some major setbacks, but Kathie (the manager) has made tremendous strides and made 2125 the best apartment we've lived at so far. There are many convenient amenities, and the management has been communicative about ongoing improvements. Like any apartment, there are some neighbors who don't pick up after their animals or aren't as clean as they should be, but management makes it a point to address these concerns. The apartment overall is very quiet and is located in a great spot in the Heights; many restaurants and 19th street are very close and walkable. Total disclosure, the first year (2016) we lived at 2125 there was a major crime issue and my husband's vehicle was stolen out of the gated garage (the security videos weren't on that night). This was one of many car break-in issues, but with the new management the property is much, much safer, and there haven't been any thefts in the last couple of years. There have been clear steps to increase security, and it has paid off. We are moving out of state, but if we weren't, we would definitely renew at 2125. This community has a very communicative, responsive management team, and works hard to improve your experience. read more

I've lived here about 3 1/2 years and figured it's about time I write a review since I just renew my lease again. First, I have lived here through different property managers and they have all been nice but Kathie seems to mean what she says when she says she will change something or add something to the property etc. This is a smaller community and the staff tries to know everyone and is always friendly when they see you. Based on location and price, this place is a bargain! So many things are within walking distance. White linen night is located down the street, the heights crawfish festival is usually right down the street in March. When I first moved here, there were constant car break ins, and bikes being stolen. I have not seen or heard anything like that happen for a long time. More cameras have been added and sometimes there is a security guard. I have seen them usually on the weekends only when I come home after a night out. Most of the tenants are friendly and some keep to themselves. Apartments: I have lived in 3 different ones..The apartments closer to 21st facing the back of Kroger..well if you are a light sleeper I would suggest not leasing those because the Kroger delivery trucks come at all hours. My next apartment was facing the grills and it was quiet, still got some sunlight in the afternoon. Next, I lived on the corner facing Bernie's and the sunrise is amazing. Second floor is all concrete flooring including hallways and in the apartments. Third floor and up have hardwood in apartments and carpet in hallways. I have seen a company come in and clean the carpet in the hallways. Amenities: Are they the best amenities? No. Are they the worst? No. There is valet recycling pick up. The gym is ok, a little small but still enough machines to accommodate the few people I see in there. The pool can get a little busy in the late afternoon during summer but early afternoon it's pretty quiet so depending on what you prefer, you can go and enjoy the pool. I've heard people refer to this as the "Exxon dorm" because a lot of young professionals who work at Exxon's Greenspoint office live here and do the reverse commute. There are some families with young children and a handful of expats. The location, apartment design and furnishings are all great. So are the neighbors! The soundproofing is very good laterally across the floors, but vertically not so - you might hear your upstairs neighbor if they walk heavily or have pets.Everyone is pretty respectful, but sometimes pets pee in the stairwell or elevator. You might appreciate the fact that this complex does not provide corporate housing for summer interns! I remember when I was an intern living in corporate apartments on Washington Avenue the apartment complexes were all party central!! Walking distance to stores, shops and walking/biking trails. I can do 20 miles round trip from the complex via the west White Oak Bayou Biking Trail along T.C Jester heading north up to Little York Road. You can also bike downtown easily via the Nicholson Trail or Heights Blvd Trail to White Oak; it goes to Target then along the river to the University of Houston Downtown (about 4 miles?), splits off to Studemont Park. The leasing office staff were not very polite to my friends when they came to inquire about availability. I think they have a waitlist because a lot of people want to live here. On the bright side, service requests have been addressed promptly. There is tons of parking; I usually park in the basement and have never had a problem finding a lot, except a couple of times when the basement garage doors did not work. It's not safe to leave bikes in the garage as there have been thefts. We had the fire alarm go off 3 times one Sunday which was very annoying, but that is the one and only time it has happened in my 2 years here. It is getting expensive so I'm not sure if I will continue to lease here. At the rate Houston is growing it might be better to buy a house. read more

2125 has been home since March, I love this location as I can walk to so many great shops and restaurants. The new maintenance man is very responsive and friendly as is the manager and her office staff. The new gates are fantastic and seem to be working perfectly! My only complaint is really just about a few of the other residents that are oblivious to fact that they share the common spaces with others in the community. But then that happens at just about every apartment complex. If you want easy access to the north side of Houston, a walkable community and a usually quiet, small apartment complex to call home I would recommend 2125. read more

My fiancé has lived here for two years, and it's gone downhill very, very quickly. He's struggled with poor management, bad communication from the leasing office and from community managers, and most prevalently, a MASSIVE crime issue that management continually fails to address, both because of how cheap they are, and because they don't seem to understand the gravity of their issue. There have been twelve (12, as in double digits) break ins in the last month where peoples' car windows have been smashed. Cars have actually been stolen from their garage. They've misreported this information, making it seem like no biggie, and ensured they have a "security guard on site." I've never seen ANY security guard at his apartment. Ever. Their solution? Assigning parking permits so they know which cars belong. Oh, and having a community meeting for residents to voice their concerns. Seriously? Don't sign a lease here. They will not respect you, your possessions, your desire to be listened to, or your right to a secure, safe property. read more

I signed the lease on my unit at 2125 Yale without seeing the apartment. It was during 2014 while the rental market in Houston was red hot and this top floor corner unit with a downtown view was going to go fast. I stayed for five years. I'd say I have a pretty good idea of what it's like to live at 2125 Yale. This review is not about individual people or incidents. It's about the consistent experience I had at 2125 Yale. In the time I lived there the entire staff turned over and staffing changes will likely continue to occur after this review is written. 1. Noise - Every hour is a quiet hour. There is no "if you have guests over wrap it up by 9pm" here. You are expected to be quiet 24/7. The management team is intentionally and actively engaged in stopping any sonic transfer between units. And, given the wood frame construction, noise transfer is a problem. Unfortunately, enforcement is largely based on the subjective perceptions of the neighbors you have. Their expectations dictate management's response. So as people around you move in and move out you may have to change your behaviors to adapt to their preferences. I lived on the 21st street side where container trucks make noisy drop-offs early in the morning, bubba trucks were blasting down the road, and ambulances went by often. So I don't want to give the impression that it's quiet. But I do want to impress upon the reader that you should not lease here if you wish to watch television (at any time of day), have conversations, laugh, listen to music, vacuum, or any other noise causing activity that might offend others. One of the reasons I moved out was because an addendum was added to the lease stating that after three noise complaints the tenant could be held in default of their lease. By the time I left I was using headphones for everything and there were still complaints. On several occasions I was contacted about noise when I was out of town? Make sure that your lifestyle supports the expectations outlined in the lease before you sign here. I have lived in apartments for most of my adult life and I have never lived in a community that takes the approach to noise that 2125 Yale does. 2. The building is sinking. The unit I rented had cracks over every door jam, the windows had gone slack, and the exterior doors required adjustment in order to continue to open and close and have the locks work. If you stand in the hallways on the upper floor you can see they have a sort of "fun-house" twist to them. Depending on where you live, you will likely need to have adjustments and repairs done. The floors in my unit were not level by the time I moved out and in certain spots they had to be repaired because they were buckling. 3. The elevators go on the fritz a lot. When I first moved in it was rare that all of the elevators would be working at any given time. That has improved a bit, but they still go out a lot. 4. Underpowered AC's in the larger units. When I was considering leasing at 2125 Yale I was curious who built the building. I worked in construction for a while so I knew some of the builders around town. Turns out I knew the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) project engineer on the 2125 Yale project. Their response, "this project was heavily value engineered." That's a construction term for reducing costs by using less expensive materials without compromising safety, etc. One of the big ways to do this is to make everything the same, regardless of the floorplan. So where a larger unit would need a larger AC, just put the same AC in. It kept the apartment cool, most of the time. In the summer it would run non-stop during the afternoon and into the evening. My electric bills were usually over $150/month in the summer months. 5. Weird bathroom layouts. Further to the value engineering comment, the bathroom was weird. I had a 2BR 2 Bath unit. The guest bathroom had more cabinets and a larger vanity than the bathroom in the master BR. The master bath had no drawers, the two sink vanity was small and the only storage for the bathroom was under sink cabinets. And there was plenty of space to do more. But, my guess is, they decided to put the same small vanity in every bathroom to save money. 6. Kitchen is for short people. Again to the value engineering, the kitchen counters are shorter than normal. Makes sense right? Make the counters a little shorter and save some bucks. Add to a shallow sink with short faucet, shallow counters and even shallower cabinets and you have a kitchen that is not very functional. My dishwasher never worked right and I finally gave up on having the MX team do anything about it after several requests. Also, the oven didn't have a bottom element, which is essential for baking. I couldn't bake in it (I like baking). I stayed at 2125 Yale for five years because I loved the location and, even with its quirks, I enjoyed the floorpan I had. In the end I didn't feel like I could "live" there. read more

I'm having mixed feelings while writing this review, but I will do my best to explain. I lived at 2125 Yale for one year in one of the large two bedroom units. I loved my apartment, I loved the pool, and most of all I loved my neighbors. I made wonderful friends and the community feeling I experienced as a newbie to Houston was incomparable. The complex is very clean, parking is never too competitive. Management recently changed, and while I experienced some issues they weren't anything unexpected by a change in management. The only issue I have had (and it is a BIG one) is that when I recieved my letter for renewal my rent was going to be raised an exorbitant amount. (We're talking hundreds of dollars over what I was paying). I spoke with management to hopefully make a deal with them (I am a great tenant, all rent paid on time or early, no issues)...but they made it clear they would rather I move out and they get a new tenant because I was paying "significantly below market price for the area". I was cool with that, until I overheard a couple looking for an apartment and the office assistant was showing them MY layout and quoted them the same price as my previous rent. the SAME "below market price" rent. I'm now in a new apartment, but I feel like I was jerked around and forced to move, only to have them give my apartment to a new person for my old rent price because I was unwilling to jump up to their new price...So keep that in mind before renting. It definitely left me with a bad impression. read more

I've been living at 2125 Yale for about 2 years now and I honestly think this is the nicest complex in the Heights area. It's not too large or small of a complex making it the perfect size. The complex is very quite and there is never any loud music or raging parties as I've heard of other large complexes in the area having these types of issues. There is also great shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the complex. The current Property Manager, Burum Hazer, does a fantastic job of making sure the property is up to par. She is also the type of manager to take residents opinions into consideration. I find this very important knowing that I've signed a 12 month lease. The leasing agent Brittani is very friendly and everyone in the complex loves her. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move into the heights area. read more

The apartment itself is a small one bedroom but the layout is so well done that it feels comfortable and roomy. The location is amazing, we are 15 min to just about everything we want to see or do. I moved into this building in December of 2015. The staff is GREAT. They are always friendly and attentive and always willing to help. They made a point to know me by first name. They have helped me several times with some large deliveries ( a big futon and a TV). The building and facilities are also top notch. I spent two years living at 2125 Yale. They did not take my maintenance requests particularly seriously. I had a faulty A/C unit, which would periodically stop cooling. I made upwards of 10 requests over two years to maintenance it. They would usually come, a day or two after the request was filed, mind you, and say they took care of it. It would stop cooling again within a month to two months usually. It clearly either needed to be replaced or had a refrigerant leak. This is quite distressing living in Houston, TX. I inquired about having a week's rent prorated off as compensation for my very persistent troubles. I was laughed at. Furthermore, there has been a continual security and theft issue at the complex. Multiple cars have been broken into, and I had two (!) bikes stolen from my 2nd story patio from the common area within the complex. When I inquired about security camera footage, I was informed that they only had security cameras at the entry points (not in the common areas OR the parking garage.) The manager at the time said well you have renter's insurance right? I said yes but a high deductible, around $3,000, and the bikes were worth under that. She suggested I overstate their value to recoup money via insurance fraud. I would not suggest leasing at 2125 Yale. read more

I lived at 2125 Yale from July 2, 2009 through July 2014. When Orion Properties managed the complex, I had no problems/issues whatsoever. When Simpson Properties tok over in December 2012 all hell broke lose to say the least. They claim to have installed laminate flooring in all units. Well, mine was changed in May 2014 and it is not laminate flooring at all but rather strips of vinyl that they put into my apartment. It looked like crap. When I moved out, I was given an estimated statement of what my charges would be based on the fact that I was at the end of my lease term - this was provided by the manager. When I moved out, NOTHING was as it was supposed to be. I did not have any unusual charges for cleaning, etc., but all of the charges had been escalated to higher amounts and I ended up not getting any of my $1600+ deposit back. Th emanager claimed to have told me about this, but she never did. I had to contact them in order to receive a statement of my account (when none was received by mail more than 30 days after I vacated), and when I did finally receive it and had questions, the manager would not call me back and I had to keep calling in order to find oout what they had done. At that time, the manager flat out lied to me and misrepresented what she had originally said prior to my move out. Beware of this place .... it is over-priced and the management ARE also the OWNERS and cannot be trusted. read more

Three break-ins in 4 months. First time some people broke into the parking garage and smashed about 10-15 peoples' windows on their cars and stole everything inside. Second time, people broke into the leasing office/general area and stole 2 Mac computers that are for general use. 3rd time, people broke into the parking garage again and smashed probably 10 car windows again and stole everything inside the cars. 2-3 months later the mac computers haven't been replaced. Firepits been broken for about 2 and a half months. Couldn't use it during the winter when it was cold because they took so long to fix it and still haven't. The keys they provide to unlock the garages and use the elevators are horrible. I have to click like 20 times to make them work on the back garage and back elevator. Sometimes I just take the stairs because I get so annoyed that it doesn't unlock. I wouldn't sign the lease again. Some things don't work properly and don't get replaced or fixed. Also the multiple break-in within 4 months are horrible and I just don't feel safe where I live. The security is more of an annoyance than protection. Wish I could have known about this before I signed. Here is your warning. read more

I am really torn on what to rate this apartment complex... I've listed my pros and cons Pros: -location, location, location!!! super close to 19th st, awesome places to eat and drink (downhouse, chilosos....) -They have great residents here. I never had an issue with noise, everyone is super nice and considerate -Instead of a parking garage, they have parking levels. i hate parking garages bc people drive so careleslly and fast down them... wreck waiting to happen. here they have 2 parking levels which eliminate that hazard and its so much quicker to get in and out of. -Anytime I had a maintenance issue they were pretty good at getting fixed really quickly. Cons: -I was here for 9 months before I had to move for work. The water went out at least 4 times. 2 of the times it didnt get fixed until the next day. my water pressure was always weird too. a lot of times it would go really low randomly... yeah it was super annoying -So... the apartment is kind of shaped like an incomplete square and they have this bridge/walkway thing that basically completes the square on the top floor. well for some reason pigeons love to live under that bridge. it gets really disgusting bc there are stairs that go from the pool level to the ground floor, which i took a lot to take my dog out or just walk to somewhere nearby to grab something to eat. well those set of stairs are constantly covered in pigeon poop.... its REALLY disgusting -They don't give you any kind of notification when a package comes in for you. The only thing they have is this screen in the leasing office that tells you which apartments have packages, but most residents probably NEVER walk into the leasing office on a regular basis. Now after all that... I would say if I didn't have to move bc of work, I probably would have renewed my lease there... thats assuming I didn't get some crazy increase in rent for a renewal. Yes some of those Cons are pretty bad/annoying, but lets be honest location is king and the heights area is going nowhere but up. there really arent any other nice apartment complexes in the heights proper area. there are a lot of apartments now that are popping up that are saying they are located in the heights.... but lets get real, we all know where the heights is actually located read more

I went online to read reviews about the apartment I have been living in and feel compelled to write my own as well. I have been living at 2125 Yale Since Jan. 2011 and renewed my lease for another 15 months to April 2013. My husband and I LOVE 2125 Yale! It's reasonable for what you get. It's not the cheapest place in the heights obviously, but it is upgraded, the location is great and its worth every penny. When we moved in to 2125 Yale I shopped 8 surrounding, comparable apartments and this was the nicest one by far and had similar price points as the others. I want to point out a few things. -The gate was fixed a year ago. The new gate is FABULOUS. Its never broken and probably the speed at which it goes up and down is amazing. -The elevator is never broken. There are 3, so if one is down, there are others. Now if someone is moving in, for their convenience, they are able to control the very back freight elevator, to help their move go quickly. But luckily for residents, the occasions that does happen, there are 2 other elevators available. -It is so clean. They clean the grills downstairs once a week. Even the sales consultants pick up the littlest piece of debris on the floor when they walk down the hall, if they see anything. They clean all the common area carpets periodically. -There is never trash outside. It's a beautiful community. -It is pet friendly. But everyone that lives there are responsible pet owners. So it doesnt smell pet friendly. -The maintenance men are awesome! They are all very trustworthy, friendly and efficient. Any time I have ever had to put in a maintenance request, the come the same day or next day, and after the work is complete a member of management calls to confirm the fixed problem. -I am the biggest scaredy cat, ever, and I feel very SAFE at 2125 Yale. To get in every single door, you have to have your key fob. All the doors except the one to the lobby to meet with a sales consultant stay locked all the time, meaning you have to have your key fob to get in all the time. And the one to the lobby is locked by 6 pm each day. -It's designed like a hotel- the hallways are inside, temperature controlled, painted and carpeted, which is much nicer than gross, loud, freezing/burning hot hallways like all the other apartments. -The management and staff are AWESOME. They are so nice. They get to know the residents, they are always friendly, helpful and make things happen. They take great care of the property and treat their residents very well. -The location is great- close to shops and restaurants, a Wells Fargo, CVS/Walgreens, walking trails, and I10 and 610. -The people that live there are all really nice and very friendly. I know many by name and see them around often. -It's gorgeous. The pool is sparkling. The balconies are spacious, the space is trendy, they are upgraded granite, stainless appliances, framed bathroom mirrors, upgraded large garden tubs (not the dinky size in most apartments,) etc. -The pool is peaceful. Its not the largest pool and it does not have a hot tub, but it's beautiful, well maintained, and in the summer, it's a good balance of fun/yet relaxing. I live right above it and Im never too bothered by noise. -There is no trash valet. Thank Goodness! There are trash chutes, but you will never see residents leaving bags of garbage outside their door. That would look nasty, smell nasty and attract pests. -Its a fun community to live in. Lots of good apartment-sponsored mixers/parties for residents and staff to mingle with each other. I highly recommend living here. read more

Fleas everywhere....either they do not treat the ground or the building is infested with them. Never had an issue with fleas til I lived here. Workout room is no good. Elevator always broke. Rent here is sky rocketing with the new managment. $1650 for a 1 bedroom 760 SQ-ft apartment is ridiculous. Managment is not near as nice or people friendly as the old managament. Carpet floors are being replaced with vinyl floors though they are good quality. Even if you currently live there and like the carpeted floors you are forced to move all your items except the large stuff to have them install the floors. From their website it looks like they will have a 10% move out rate just in the next 2 months due to the rent increase. Go down the street and get the same amenities and quality but nearer to the larger parks and downtown for cheaper. Rent will have to go down if they want to keep their good tenants who actually care about their place and not just have the money to throw around. Building built very cheap with minimal insulation. Lots of thefts lately and illegally parked cars. It does not seem that much is being done about both of these issues except to tell us to be on guard. Not all thefts are brought to the attention of the residents either. read more

I really appreciated being able to read reviews when we were looking to move into the area (especially coming from New England, it's hard to know what's what) and thought I would contribute. The staff and maintenance are very responsive, helpful, and cheerful. The neighborhood is a lot of fun - 19th street has great shops and food so there are plenty of walking distance places (rare in Houston), and you have easy access to the rest of the Heights via the bike path (just a few blocks from the building). The common areas are well-kept, the apartment finishes are great, and we overall feel pretty spoiled. May not be the cheapest in the Heights, but that all depends on what you're looking for. The apartment complex has gone downhill since the management changes over the last few years. The new leasing agents are terrible to work with and do not follow up on open issues. Not a good place to live- save your money and live somewhere else. Way overpriced. The walls are paper thin. The complex is full of rude residents who allow their pets to defecate in the halls/stairwells and park their cars in non parking spaces in the garage because they are too lazy to drive 3 seconds to the lower level. Management is unresponsive and allows bad behavior to continue. Management informed me on numerous occasions that they "forgot" my service requests. Your loyalty for being a long time resident will never be appreciated or rewarded. Every renewal your rent will increase dramatically with new surprise fees. They are soon getting new management and I would think that things can only improve but as of now these places are WAY over priced for their value. read more

Used to be a great place to live, but has recently gone down in quality. Burum was an awesome manager, but she is no longer at 2125. The current management is slow to respond to e-mails and voicemails. In addition, they haven't had a decent resolution to all of the thefts. Forcing residents to put stickers on their cars doesn't stop a thief. Crooks are able to rob a car with a sticker just as easily as they can rob one without a sticker. I've noticed a lot of my neighbors are starting to move out now, and I'm not really surprised. The hallways are stiflingly hot in the summers (I've seen the thermostats set to 80 degrees), and freezing cold in the winters (about 60 degrees). But never during the daytime when prospective residents are touring. During the daytime, the temperatures are great. But weekends and evenings, you sweat just to get from your home to your car. We pay enough rent for the thermostat to be set to a comfortable temperature. Their resident events are fun, so at least that's something. And the location is amazing, but there are other apartments in the Heights as well. This one is nothing special anymore. I used to love living here, and have been here for 4 years. But I won't be renewing my lease come spring. read more

The grounds are nice. However, customer service in the leasing office is horrible. They have an attitude when you ask them a question and there is no response or resolution to complaints. read more

We liked our time in 2125! Burum, the manager, is lovely and always available as is her staff. The staff makes an effort to put on events to make everyone get to know their neighbors so each month there's some kind of activity (we've had a painting class, a massage night, various events with food and drink, safety socials, food trucks, a crawfish boil...). I appreciate this as it is nice to get to know people around where you live. I hope they keep doing this and increase perhaps the frequency or add more variety in the types of events they do. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Location is great, with a Kroger next door for any last minute grocery shopping and a few shops and restaurants around. The area is nice, quiet and great for a walk. My only regret is that I wish the apartments had lighter coming in. at times I find them rather dark. However, this is a plus during the hot Houstonian summer months! It would also be nice if some areas would be cleaned more often (the stairs leading to the garage and linking the upper and lower floors of the garage, for example). read more

I've been living here at the residence for a little over a year now. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help with anything! Anytime you need anything done in your apartment, the maintenance staff is there within 24 hrs. Each month there is a some type of fun event, where you have the opportunity to meet other residences. I highly recommend this residence to anyone in the market for a one or two bedroom apartment. Love, love, love! read more

We lived in Yale St apartments for 1 year. We did think the location as ideal but that's about all. They were raising our rent $300/mo. after 1 year, $800/month more if we would not sign up for another full year. Our garage storage unit was broken into and although management knew other units were broken in to, they failed to tell us or other tenants. We would move our valuables and management should have put dead bolts on the storage units. 2 bikes, nice bikes, were stolen from our unit and we heard the other unit had a shot gun stolen among other things. One of the garage doors seems to always be in repair so the idea of a secure garage is void. In 9 months the fire alarm went off 3 times --- and they were unable to turn it off for hours. On one of those times were having guests for dinner and we had to find another location to have our dinner party - and since the elevators shut off when the fire alarm goes off we had to carry our food 4 flights. Although our neighbors were nice, there always seemed to be dog pee in the elevators --- and even dog poop in the stairwell. The previous management was better -- the new management has not kept up the building. The carpets in the hallway are nasty. We were so happy to be moving out of the apartment complex and knew we had made the right decision when management turned off the "freight" elevator because the city was having a problem with the electricity (according to the answering service). On Friday afternoon the freight elevator was turned off so those of us who were moving that weekend, including moving some stuff Friday evening, had to use the 2 elevators in the front of the complex. The on-site manager would not speak to me about this when I called on Friday evening. She made the answering service tell me that the city was going to be in on Saturday morning to turn on the elevator but they had to turn off one elevator and that we should use the "freight" elevator. The one she had turned off. Our unit was right next to the freight elevator. We had to transport all of our furniture and belongings from the 2 bedroom apartment to the other side of the building (1/8 mile) and use the smaller elevators. The freight elevator finally started working late Saturday morning but by then we were almost all loaded. I'm afraid if i ever recommended the Yale Street apartments to a friend, I would lose them as friend. read more
