However, in the months leading up to our big day, I became super unimpressed with them and even to the morning of our wedding, their communication was extremely unprofessional and lacking. Justin was super unresponsive the month leading up to our wedding and blamed "his email being funky all summer" which is a wild excuse as a wedding vendor. I had to reach out a couple times to get confirmation about everything and once he finally got back to us, I asked him to help us put together an estimate and he grossly overestimated how much to buy. We only went through a quarter of what we purchased per his recommendation *on the low end*. He emailed me the day before the wedding and asked to confirm that the venue had a bar and they didn't need to bring one, and I could not believe he waited until 24 hours before go-time to confirm that. Lastly, the bartenders showed up late, to the point where we were formulating a backup plan on how to get soda and planned on having two guests tend bar. Justin ignored all of our attempts to reach out and confirm they were on their way. Once the actual bartenders got there, they did a great job and the night went great, but the entire communication between when we booked to the day before was an absolute disaster. If you want a stress free day, I genuinely would not recommend working with FreePour.

One thing to note, we had purchased multiple bottles of hard liquor with the intention that one kind of each would be opened at a time so we could return what wasn't used. The bartenders opened every single bottle of hard liquor, so now we have bottles of liquor that either weren't used at all or were only used for one drink, and we don't drink every kind that's opened but we can't return them. I'd guess this cost us over $100.

I was most impressed when Jeremy said a little girl was broken hearted that she couldn't find a juice box (since there was a sign, listing we had juice boxes). He went over, dug out a juice box from the tank and tracked the girl down in the venue, making her day. Clearly, that was above and beyond his job but it was very nice of him. It was nice that we didn't have to worry about anything when it came to serving the drinks.

She thinks of everything and is a true professional while still being warm and natural in conversation. Calming to any bride. First we had about an hour long consult where we planned the day's events and timeline. We discussed the types of drinks we like and specialty cocktails. My favorite drink she made sure to make right with my favorite brand of ginger beer. She guided us on the quantities of liquor, wine and beer to purchase and was smart about her use so we actually were able to return some liquor to the store after the wedding. We bought canned & bottled beer in addition to the kegs, but Jamie wisely used the keys first before dipping into the extra beer so there was as little waste as possible. The prices are extremely reasonable. They are mobile, but if you get married at the hidden barn and meadow they have an amazingly beautiful rustic bar built custom for that venue. It's gorgeous. She made 3 specialty non alcoholic cocktails in addition to the alcoholic drinks, plus for a small per person fee covered all mixers, soda, ice and water per person. After the event Jamie took our kegs back to the liquor store and went above and beyond by then mailing us our keg deposit! I mean who does that? Would recommend a million times over! Excellent!
