Since these are craft cocktails, it takes a while for the bartenders to make the cocktails, but it's worthwhile. My only gripe is that they go heavy on the cheese so the (excellent) crust can't hold up to the weight and wetness. That's made a bit worse by they fact that they use a high-moisture mozzarella so there's a lot of grease that can soup the whole deal up.
