I love this place. Love it…read more The Psycle experience is unlike any workout that I've ever attempted. It's spinning on steroids and it's amazing. The instructor teaches class from a lit platform and the student bikes are arranged stadium style on risers. Coupled with black lights and four corners worth of speakers, you'll feel more like you're in a dance club than a gym. The music selection varies by instructor and refuses to disappoint! I've heard remixes in this class that had me up all night searching the Internet! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and somehow managed to remember my name by my second visit. Now if that doesn't make you feel welcome, I don't know what does. They also provide complimentary bottles of water at the start of each class. Nice touch. If you're like me and you have a hard time self-motivating, Psycle is the answer. The workout is hard (you will leave drenched in sweat) but the format is delivered in such a motivational way that you'll end up surprising yourself. At this point, I've only tried the spinning classes but they also offer aerobic-style classes like Kettle Bell and TRX. I plan on signing up for both. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out. I really can't say enough good things about this place and the dedicated staff members that figured out how to make fitness both challenging and fun.
