The representative that I spoke with over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. My driver came a few minutes earlier than the expected arrival time and helped my guests and I with our luggage. Picked us up at the airport and took us all around Park City throughout our entire trip. Excellent Ski Guide as well. Went with BJ to both Alta and Snowbird. There were eight in our group and he was great about catering to everyone's ability, skill level and interests.
