I absolutely love this place because Janice helped out out so much. There were tough sessions but she talked to us and helped us work through it. I 100% recommend coming here they helped me with my issues and help you work through it. I went from fighting with my spouse all the time to a fight every once in a while and we now know how to talk to each other and work through it. I had a horrible experience with Richard Myatt. I have discussed his conduct with several other…read moreprofessionals and they all agree it was unacceptable. I went to him as a cancer patient dealing with anxiety. Multiple times he recommended supplements for treatment of my cancer and told me not to ask my doctors about them because "they will say they have not been adequately studied, but they have". He also would say that I could sue him for recommending them, but he was going to "do it anyway". Chemo patients should not take supplements without talking to their oncologists, and therapists should not be recommending medical treatment at all - and he clearly knows that. He also told me that I should not proceed with my planned mastectomy until my anxiety was under control because "I'm not your fiancé, but you're about to remove 2 beautiful breasts because you are anxious about your cancer coming back". Telling a patient to not proceed with potentially lifesaving surgery is reckless and irresponsible. I barely got a chance to talk about my feelings because all he wanted to do was push his agenda of supplements. His office is messy and dirty. He responds to texts and his phone rang during our session. He told me many of his patients don't come back after 2 sessions because of the help he is able to provide them. I'm pretty sure that's not the reason.
