They offer a wide selection of greeting cards, planners, gifts, jewelry, and more. One thing they are well known for is their Christmas ornaments. While some can exceed the $20 mark, they are very well made and will last for years to come. I personally have purchased a few of them over the years, and they all look in new condition. Unfortunately, the store falls short on its selection of gift wrapping items. They only sell a very small amount of gift wrap, gift bags, and bows/ribbon. For a store that is known for their greeting cards and gift wrap, they could definitely stand to add more variety. You can find more selection at Wal Mart or even Target, which is kind of funny to me. Okay, now let's talk about their pricing. Their prices are high! If I'm going to shop at a Hallmark store, I don't want to feel like I'm throwing my money away on things I could find elsewhere for much cheaper. Bottom line: if you are in Hallmark and see something you really like, do some price comparison because odds are you will pay more.

We were followed around and continually asked if we were still looking, while obviously still looking. My client asked the sales person to please open the locked case and selected a couple of figurines from the case and then asked about some others. She was directed to a different section. We looked further and she asked the same question (short term memory issues) and was told "You were just looking right at them". The the sales person said "remember, I just told you they are over there." This happened 2 more times before we left. Note to staff, not everyone remembers what you just said. A simple "Yes ma'am, those items are on this shelf right here" is all that is needed. Shaming someone into remembering something they can not remember is uncalled for. My client purchased over $100 in items. Showing her what is available is your job. Rushing and shaming is not. I might be more understading if the store were pack and busy, but it wasn't. There might have been 5 people in the whole place. Maybe some further customer service training is in order.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Tried looking for some yarn for making a hat that would…read morematch a knitted garment I recently acquired. They had what I needed, but it was thinner than the yarn used in the garment. The woman working that day was incredibly rude and all but chased me out of her store loudly saying that the yarn wouldn't work. She clearly didn't want to make a sale off of me that day. I'm a visibly middle-aged individual who's been knitting most of their life. My mum taught me a few things or two about how to modify my usage of yarns to suit a project if I can't find a perfect match. If that yarn ends up not working out, then that's on me and I'll find another use for it! The last time I was treated this rudely by a shopkeeper was when I was a teenager. In any event, if the owner is reading this, your yarn shop isn't the only one of its kind in town! I will be sure to tell all of my friends to never shop at your store again. You might want to read some of the reviews of your store elsewhere on the Internet to get some more free tips on how to improve your customer service.

OCT 5th I placed an order for these awesome ashland bats…read more OCT 7th it shipped. Box was damaged and returned to sender, someone named "Patty" received it in Ft Worth, TX. NOBODY CONTACTED ME. NO EMAILS. NOTHING. I contacted them on the 18th via online rep, they said it'll be re sent (see screen shot). 1 week later I call this time 1800michaels... Order was placed on hold... because they're waiting on the return of the box they got 9 days ago. They said sorry over and over. Guaranteed they'd expedite my shipment. Said itd be a day or two before shipping.... Hung up. 10min later I get an email notifying me of a refund. So I call AGAIN... They said it was automatically refunded because no more stock available. ITS STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEB PAGE. Am half tempted to order one with the $20 "sorry we screwed up" card.

I am unable to come back into Missoula until next week. There were only a few pairs left so I called to see if I could purchase the right size over the phone. Store policy does not allow that but Deb was Very Kind and Understanding about my dilemma and has agreed to hold them for me until I can get to the store next week. I was impressed with her helpfulness. I love shopping at this store and will continue to do so. Thank you, Deb!!
