I brought it back within an hour of the sale, expecting a simple exchange or at least a refund. Instead, I was told "We can't do anything about it." No inspection, no accountability, no customer service--just a flat-out refusal to stand behind the product they sold him. If you're okay with rolling the dice on faulty gear and being stuck with it, this might be your place.
