Typically dish is served as a bowl, but Paris Bahn Mi presents vermicelli noodles in soft rolls alongside pork, a nicely fried chicken spring roll cut into bite size pieces, small salad of romaine lettuce and pickled cucumber slices, plus a lovely sauce mixture of chili oil in fish sauce.
