I called the guy answer the phone sounded like maybe I woke him up from his nap just simply saying hello. So I asked is a Stumpies Marketing Group because he didn't answer stating the business name or in a professional way at all. The guy just simply hung up, I've called back multiple times and now they're just not answering so I have a $60 order with this place now I really don't want to give my money to ,if this is how rude they are. But even worse I have an issue with my order that I need to talk to someone about and they're just not answering the phone anymore.

They engrave so much here! I will add pictures. I needed a nice engraving for my cat Miss Molly's urn. He showed me an example of what it would look like.
