However, I called back recently and asked to see another stylist and had a completely different experience. This time I went to Angela, who was very friendly, very knowledgable, and did exactly what I asked (after I explained what I sort of wanted and she offered some suggestions which I took, and am very happy I did). My hair is even this time too! She also discussed different coloring possibilities when I asked, and said that she is a color specialist so I will likely be back in the near future for some coloring work. I haven't gotten an eyebrow wax job done again yet, but I would recommend Angela for your hair care needs!

However, in my 10 years of waxing I can say this was in my top 3 greatest experiences. Jenna was friendly, welcoming and also extremely skilled in her technique. I lost 4" in length, plus she damaged the entire hair shaft so much so, about 1/4 of my hair fell out overall. She bleached on roots the same all the way down hair shaft, and fried my hair. I have since been trying to regain what she ruined and it will not grow unless I cut it almost entirely off. Which I won't do. It's never grown back to the length it was. Not to mention the hideous foil lines all over the back of my head. I contacted the stylist immediately after it happened sending pictures of the broken off hair chunks around my face... they broke off at 2-3" down from my head... where the bleach was overlapped.... She refused to refund me except a small partial refund, I believe $50... and after asking to speak with owners they never called me back and avoided me. I should have sued but let this be a lesson to anyone who wants bleach service done here.

I've only ever went to Kayla, but I've never heard a dissatisfied customer from any of the other hair stylists either. 360 degree salon and day spa is in a residential part of town and I think it was actually once just a regular house that they turned into a salon. The main room is the hair salon about the size of a medium sized living room with wooden floor and very open. I've also gotten a massage there before and it was very good too. It was kind of in an odd place in like the basement where it was a little dark and chilly. However, the massage was pretty good. I've had a few better but I think it was good for the price.
