My hair is even this time too! She also discussed different coloring possibilities when I asked, and said that she is a color specialist so I will likely be back in the near future for some coloring work. Instead of soaking them first to soften the acrylic, he immediately tried to cut them off, which was painful. I told him it was hurting, but he kept using the electric machine and cutting into the acrylic. Only after that did he add liquid to try to soften the nails, but by then the whole process was already very messy and uncomfortable. This is not the proper way acrylic nails should be removed. Because of this, my natural nails are now very damaged and look terrible. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools. They did not appear to be properly sanitized, and now I'm worried because I may have developed a fungal infection on my nails. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend coming here for nail services.

I won't be returning due to the fact that there are so many other nail salons to pick from in Midland that offer a better experience even if it's a couple more dollars to spend. It's unfortunately obvious the workers don't care about the customer's experience here.
