I love facials and massages and have had them all across the United States where I have lived and on trips. I have had two services so far at this spa. Massage: The person who made my appointment asked about my preferences and booked my appointment accordingly. When I forgot about my appointment, they called and let me come anyway. I had Min and she was excellent. 5 stars for Massage. Facial: I would not recommend the facial. I paid $70 for an aesthetician with poor skills. No mention of my skin, no explanation of which sort of products she was using. No cues on what was coming next - she was completely silent unless I asked a direct question. Extremely poor massage skills. There were large stretches of time where absolutely nothing was happening - no product use, no mixing going on, no nothing except me just laying there. I was very disappointed. When I mentioned it to front desk staff on checkout the woman said she was sorry I did not like the service but that everyone has a different "style". Don't ever go here for a massage! The room was cold and the massage therapist didn't help me at all. When I went to walk out I was hurting worse then I went in. I even let her know where to focus on and still did not do anything. At the end, I was hurting worse and she asked and I told her. She did nothing but say, "Sorry!" I have been going to get a massage for years. This was the first time at this place and I will never come back or recommend! It would have been better had I waited and gone to Serenity like I usually do. They are cheaper by 10 bucks, you are never cold, and you feel like a loose noodle after. Best Massage in my life. My wife and I are visiting from Southern California, my sister in law booked me an appointment for a massage and it was amazing. I know California is the Resort State and Glamour Central but this massage knocked it out of the park. Aaron the masseur who have me my massage. The best hands ever.
