Small kernels. Very juicy, but not in a good wat. I took about 2 spoonfuls and pretty much tossed the rest. The nachos were not very good. I know this was a delivery and I have to make concessions for some saturation making the chips not as crunchy, but even the chips they gave me on the side were very thin and oily and would never hold up in a nacho setting. The meat (carnitas) was very dry and stringy. The guacamole lacked seasoning as did the rice and beans. And, the salsa had a pulled-from-the-refrigerator flavor. I maybe ate a third of the nachos and then tossed those out as well. I did not eat any of the chips and salsa after the initial taste. I was really bummed as I had hoped for a good meal, but I won't be trying this restaurant again and will try others next time I am in town.

It isn't so special, but what comes out of the counter window is. I, and my family, had the privilege of eating an affordable, delicious, and enticing set of grilled cheeses often not seen in this area. The first was one called Sweet Meats. A grilled cheese (with multiple cheeses) on large sourdough pan bread, apricot jelly, pickled Vidalia onions, smoked gouda, and smoked cherry wood ham. An interesting combination to be sure, but it provides just an interesting and enjoyable experience. The second, pepperoni in between mounds of mozzarella, provolone, Asiago, and garlic sourdough bread called the Pizza Boy. Dipped in a side of pizza sauce, you would swear it was a pizza but better! THE Nasty Nancy was third, a basic (and by basic, I mean 5 melty cheeses) grilled cheese stuffed with shredded bbq pork. It hits all the spots you'd expect it to, and then some. Bring napkins! A new contender, Golden Boy, has approached. A fried chicken breast on top of fresh avocado, bacon, Colby Jack Cheese, and Beezer's Hoosier Gold Honey Mustard BBQ sauce on a golden soft bun. Delicious. The combination creates a heaven only found in the golden fields of Indiana. I ordered the rib tips and added a side of the hash brown casserole. The serving of the rib tips was such a generous portion that it could easily have fed 2 - 3 people. The meat was so tender. The smoke flavor permeated throughout. The sauce (Rick's Sweet Sauce) was just what I needed to balance the flavor. I think I could almost eat this every day and be satisfied. The hash brown casserole was very good, but as compared to the generous portion of ribs, you get maybe a couple of bites of the casserole. I just wish I'd had more. I would definitely order from here again, and I know I would want to try so many of the other offerings on their menu.

A tiny spot located at the TH Regional Airport, if it not for my quest to weed places like this out, the average person would not know this was here. Off the beaten path for someone not using the actual airport. In addition to the small cafe serving sandwiches, soup, coffees and the like, the Corsair Cafe is packed full of plane paraphernalia, toys, books and gadgets. If you have a kid interested in planes or flying, you need to get over here to fill their Christmas list. Model airplanes, books, bags, t-shirts, games....lots of stuff all about flying. Nick nacks and trinket stuff too. I brought my parents out here for something different. The lunch was OK and reasonably priced. They featured a pull pork sandwich for $5 the day we were there that my dad said was not half bad (a city girl like me was taken back by the low price). We were the only ones in the cafe when we were there. There are Adirondack like, wooden chairs and picnic tables outside to maybe sit, have an ice tea and watch planes come in and out and move about (not sure how much action this airport gets on any given day, I am guessing not a lot). So nothing incredibly unique going on in the food realm hear other than a decent well priced uneventful menu, but a unique atmosphere that if you caught on the right day might be a nice spot to see some plane activity while enjoying a bowl of soup and a lemonade.
