This lady goes out to the floor and begins talking to the owner about me in front of my daughter. My daughter is in tears. The owner refused to speak to me. She told the rude lady to tell me she would try to talk to me at 8 (it was 535 when I arrived). The owner still has not called me or reached out to me to resolve any issues. It made me so sad to see my daughter so excited for gymnastics and then crying due to what happened.
