In the first 16 months with Tiffany I went from 230lbs. to 160lbs. of lean, hard and defined muscle. When I started working with Tiffany (did I say work, yes I did) as a 5' 11" male I could not do one pull-up, but with the same amount of effort that I had been giving to my workouts for over sixteen years, now, under Tiffany's direction, I can do three to four sets of pull-ups of 10-12 reps each. The difference was her vast knowledge, experience and genuine interest that she gives each and every client. She is a Cooper Institute physical fitness specialist and also trained in biomechanics at the Cooper Institute, a nutritionist and diet specialist with over 17 years experience as a personal trainer. Oh I almost forgot, she qualified as a NPC national figure competitor and competed on a national level for nearly ten years, winning not only first place in her class for figure at her last completion (all natural, no drugs) but also first place overall in figure in the same contest. I met Rana when she was moving to Texas. She and I became great friends but most of all she became…read moremy saving Grace when I injured my back. She taught me a lot about the benefits of Pilates and educated me about the different tissues and parts of the body. She has changed my view of going to the gym where I had injured my back because I didn't have that person to tell me I was doing something wrong. At times I didn't think I was doing much but as I saw my body changing and how it was feeling, I was eager to do more! As I got stronger she would even encourage me to try more difficult things but if I felt it was too much she backed off. She would always tell me to listen to my body! I did end up having to have surgery on my back but she coached me through every step to find the right doctors and physical therapists, but when I felt myself again I was back in her care and grateful I found someone that cares about what she does!
