Seems like most of the local shops charge as much as the dealers! Some old friends had moved to Tallahassee and recommended this shop to us so I had my son take his sister's car then because it needed the valve cover gaskets changed and he was unable to do it. When I informed them of the issue, they gave me a quote on the spot and when they called, it was only to tell me that my vehicle was ready and the cost was the exact amount they quoted. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and the young man, perhaps one of the mechanics, who took my payment was nice as well. I was treated like I mattered. The only drawback, if you can even call it that, is that their weekday hours of operation are 10:00 to 5:00 and they are closed on Saturdays. So, may not use them again due to their business hours, which don't always line up with those of us who work full time/8:00 to 5:00 jobs.
