Feedback on C2 Gillette - Disappointed in Policy, Tone Shift, and Lack of Stability…read more I want to share my experience with C2 Gillette to help others make a more informed decision. When I first spoke with the team about enrolling, they were incredibly reassuring -- promising flexible scheduling and a personalized approach. That flexibility was a major reason I felt comfortable signing up. But once I committed, the tone noticeably changed. Suddenly, flexibility was no longer a priority, and it felt like the policies were being enforced much more rigidly -- but only on the client's side. The cancellation policy is especially lopsided: if you need to cancel within 24 hours, you're charged. But if they cancel -- sometimes just hours before a session -- there's no accountability, no makeup session, and certainly no refund. That kind of one-way policy feels unfair and unprofessional. What's more concerning is the lack of leadership consistency. Directors at the Gillette location seem to change frequently, and clients aren't even informed when it happens. This constant turnover creates a real lack of continuity and undermines any sense of long-term support -- which is particularly troubling if you're looking for consistent, reliable high school counseling and planning. I expected a more student-focused, professional experience. Unfortunately, what I've encountered instead is instability, inconsistent communication, and policies that don't treat families with the same respect they expect in return.
