The ice cream is delicious, especially the I hate chocolate. The atmosphere is quaint and welcoming and convenient as it is right off the Karl Stirner Arts Trail where I often take my 2 year old St. Bernedoodle to the dog park. Today, I was on the outside patio with my dog, Rita, and called to order some ice cream for both of us, but did not want to bring her inside since only service animals are allowed per the sign on the door. We were looking for a dessert place after dinner and so glad we found Owowcow! Adorable name, a bit hard to find this spot though. We followed our GPS and parked across the street in the smaller parking lot with the giant Silk sign. We walked around to the other side and saw a small sign and realized there is a much bigger parking lot there. A few steps up, we entered the ice cream shop and it was such a vibe. Brick walls, high ceiling, cozy atmosphere, chill music, ice cream display brightly lit. We knew we were in for a good time. We were greeted by someone I think is the most professional and business friendly person I've seen, especially for a teenager. She was so calm and quick with getting us samples and had an awesome vibe to her. After trying tons of flavors, we went with Dirt, Vanilla and House Cookies and Cream. I don't remember what was in Dirt but damn, it was good. There's a few seats and it was really fun to sit there and finish our ice cream. I love this location the best. Not only because it's closest to me but because it's roomier and the staff is so incredibly nice here. They greet you when you enter, they explain every flavor you have a question about, they tell you what's a big seller, AND they make suggestions. Today i came for the Cherry Vanilla Stracciatella that everyone was talking about in a fb food group I'm in. It could've used more cherries but it was delicious nonetheless. I think the best part is that the chocolate is flaked. Not HUGE chunks of chocolate that are hard to bite through. I love chocolate but the flakes work perfectly in here. Lots of seating. Awesome ice cream spot. We're not familiar with the area, so we initially passed right by this Silk warehouse factory looking place without giving it a second thought. However, while walking by a second time, we noticed a small sign that this was an ice cream place. Along with some of the other cool stores in this area. A must go. Huge amount of tasty ice cream for a great price. Very cool ambience. Nice staff. And even plenty of parking, which happens to be next to the river and across from the nature trail walking path. Started the day at the Easton farmers market and wandered around town until it was almost noon when Owowcow opened. Drove there and found this cool little shop in a restored factory. What a DELIGHT!! Super friendly staff and really great ice cream! My grand kids had I hate chocolate- very intense chocolate flavor, my wife had salted caramel cashew and I had Madagascar vanilla and a scoop of mint chocolate chip. Decent mix of flavors. Pretty pricey but worth it! I recommend getting the small cup size with two flavors as you get more variety and it's hard to scoop two "half scoops" so I got what felt like two full scoops in a small cup. Ice cream is very rich and creamy. I got the Cookie Monster and blood orange. Both fantastic. I preferred the Cookie Monster but the blood orange has a nice strong fruit flavor. Lots of the ones I test tasted were fantastic, but the honey lavender was too strong on the lavender for me. Extremely friendly staff. Lots of seating. And they offer flights of icecream (5 scoops) which is an awesome idea for larger groups or one really hungry icecream fiend. I was really looking forward to getting owowcow ice cream all day. I arrived (7:15pm 7/16) and the line was out the door which usually isn't an issue. However, after not moving forward at all for 15 minutes I noticed that only one of the workers was actually doing her job while the other one was on her phone making a door dash order. Came here for dessert on a Saturday night and the parking lots were packed. Took about 10 minutes of circling around Silk Mills to eventually find a spot. The creamery itself was a bit hard to find without signage in front of the place too, but we eventually figured it out thanks to Google Maps. The interior is really cute! Kinda gives me Chelsea Market vibes. And there are so many unique flavors to choose from. The employees weren't very friendly though and didn't seem very happy when I asked to sample several flavors before placing my order even though there was no line behind me. I opted for a scoop of Honey Lavender and a scoop of Blueberry Lemon ice cream. My boyfriend got Cookies and Cream. The Honey Lavender ice cream is delicious!! That alone is 5/5 stars and I'd 100% buy it at a grocery store if I found it. The Blueberry Lemon was okay, but the sour lemon taste was very strong after a few bites. The Cookies and Cream wasn't very creamy and tasted more like an Italian ice than an ice cream. Overall, kudos to the unique flavors and menu variety but I'm not in a rush to come back. read more

All homemade, flavors rotate seasonally with what ingredients are available. They also really take notice and pride in the community for example my favorite flavor is the KSAT Trail Mix! It is named after the Karl Stirner Arts Trail which leads to the silk mill where this location is located! I love to get a flight which is 5 scoops then I can try so many; I do wish they had a better way to serve it though because it's three scoops then two scoops on top so they all mix together and it can be hard to figure out which flavor your eating or get to one you really like. read more

They also off a small outdoor seating area. Because of the small signs, the place can be easily missed but you should keep your eye out so you don't miss it!! I tried a couple of flavors in my cow flight (5 mini scoops), the Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble and Sweet Honey Cream were my favorite. Everything worked well together and every bite tasted as good as the last one. As you can probably tell they have some unique flavors here. Overall you can definitely taste the difference in terms of ice cream quality here! The ice cream is soft, creamy, and delicately light. Made in-house. This is their 4th shop and I am so jealous because they make the majority of their exclusive flavors and creations for this shop which stinks . The only one I was able to try was the flavor they made for bacon fest which was - so good ! What's unique about this location is the two cases of Pre-made goodies like pops and sandwiches. Each time I've gone here I've left satisfied! Definitely worth a stop - especially if you're doing the owowcow trail. Owowcow is a great place to stop with the family and get some funky ice cream flavors. Sweet cream is very good but the Sweet Corn flavor is surprisingly creamy and tasty.
