Perhaps going during the week will reduce the noise and crowd, but I do plan on returning again!

The bar is in Hell for good coffee in Regina. My hot chocolate was made with frothed creamy peanut butter and chocolate almond milk. It made a welcome nutty flavour combination that was unique yet delicious. I also loved that it smelled strongly of peanut butter. Being at a restaurant named "Poached" I had to get poached eggs. My dish consisted off house made shrimp, pollock crab and white wine risotto cakes, flavoured with Dijon and Dill, along with 2 poached eggs and herbed hollandaise sauce and a side of rye toast. As an additional side, I ordered their classic house made bacon rollups. These are made with crushed pecans and pure maple syrup then topped with a hint of cayenne for heat. Honestly, it was a lot of food. You don't need the bacon rollups but the were SO good that I recommend trying them. My cakes were crispy on the outside yet hot and soft on the inside. The taste was mild, fresh and comforting. It was perfect for such a cold day and I wouldn't change a thing about this dish. I highly recommend this restaurant and everything we ordered. Thank you to everyone that suggested this spot. It's my cousin's favourite brunch spot in Saskatoon and now I understand why!

Their atmosphere is cozy yet modern, with dining areas a bit divided up to make it feel intimate once you sit down. Service was quick and friendly.
