Bad luck day, was seated at the exit of AC, applied for change, then to the exit of toilet, what a "wonderful " service! Would never ever be back

Came for brunch and ordered the Classic Breakfast. It was ok but typical. Tasty and hot and was not disappointed. One person in our group had cabbage rolls and perogies and was very happy with the choice. The staff were excellent and the venue was very relaxing in the Atrium. They do a great job for a country tea room style facility.

Unique experience @theberrybarnyxe @Saskatoonfarm. Even during COVID, they were open and very busy. Waffles are super large. If you eat like a mouse, order half the size. You might go into a waffle coma after eating. Enjoy the attraction - flowers, gardens, the river view and the berry shop. Great summer attraction.

We finally gave Berry Barn a try after seeing so many great reviews about it. There's garden shopping area and a gift store that sells baked goods, preserves and Saskatchewan souvenirs. I ordered one of the perogie platters that comes with five perogies and a 1 or 2 choices of either the meatballs, cabbage rolls or sausage. How can they expect anyone to just settle for 1 or 2 out of the 3 deliciously sounding choices??! I chose the meatballs and sausage and added a cabbage roll on the side. The total for my plate was $20. My family ordered the sausage in a bun + salad combo, their mushroom soup bread bowl, and the turkey club sandwich. All were OK but feel the restaurant cheaped out by using low quality shredded cheese on the sausage and soup. I got to try a bit of everything and although it wasn't the greatest food in the world, it's homey tasting. The best part was the waffle. We shared a waffle and got to choose our own toppings at the toppings bar. The other toppings pale in comparison to the Saskatoon berry sauce. I highly suggest only getting the Saskatoon berry sauce with a dollop of whipped cream. Overall, I felt Berry Barn was worth a one-time trip but it's too much of a tourist trap. Our brunch cost $92 before tip for four people, which I'm sure you can use towards someplace better.

Disclaimer: review not for the restaurant We didn't eat here but the restaurant and store were ridiculously busy which most likely means it's pretty good. The grounds are beautiful so if you have time, walk through the Saskatoon patch and sit by the river and enjoy a snack from the barn. The store that's attached to the restaurant is loaded with random decor, kitsch and crap that collects dust on your shelves. It's almost overwhelming. Sadly, nothing really locally made which is too bad. There is also an outdoor garden centre area with plants and garden decor. Some really cute stuff can be found here and some really nice plants. Definitely worth a stop for something unique outside of the 'Toon and try out the restaurant as it does have some great reviews.

Terrible employers. They owe me money for my work and refuse to pay me. They treat every employee like trash. Terrible human beings.

I didn't enjoy my last visit to the Berry Barn. Have they changed owners? It was very expensive and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

To start our long day in Saskatoon, my boyfriend and I began with Poached Breakfast Bistro. While…read moremy boyfriend just had a Double Espresso ($4.3), I got the Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate ($8), Poached Over Crab & Shrimp Risotto Cakes ($21) with Pecan & Maple Syrup Bacon Roll-Ups ($7.5). I'm very impressed with the menu and drink options. They have plenty of unique options and you can really feel the creativity in what they offer. The interior was also very unique, it's an older building but modernized with an artistic touch while incorporating its vintage roots. My boyfriend said his coffee was good, didn't taste burnt. The bar is in Hell for good coffee in Regina. My hot chocolate was made with frothed creamy peanut butter and chocolate almond milk. It made a welcome nutty flavour combination that was unique yet delicious. I also loved that it smelled strongly of peanut butter. Being at a restaurant named "Poached" I had to get poached eggs. My dish consisted off house made shrimp, pollock crab and white wine risotto cakes, flavoured with Dijon and Dill, along with 2 poached eggs and herbed hollandaise sauce and a side of rye toast. As an additional side, I ordered their classic house made bacon rollups. These are made with crushed pecans and pure maple syrup then topped with a hint of cayenne for heat. Honestly, it was a lot of food. You don't need the bacon rollups but the were SO good that I recommend trying them. My cakes were crispy on the outside yet hot and soft on the inside. The taste was mild, fresh and comforting. It was perfect for such a cold day and I wouldn't change a thing about this dish. I highly recommend this restaurant and everything we ordered. Thank you to everyone that suggested this spot. It's my cousin's favourite brunch spot in Saskatoon and now I understand why!

What a terrific spot!…read more As is obvious from the name of this spot, they specialize in riffs on eggs Benedict, They have all the usual breakfast choices as well. Their atmosphere is cozy yet modern, with dining areas a bit divided up to make it feel intimate once you sit down. Service was quick and friendly. We can recommend the poached eggs on cheesy hash browns and the omelet. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and their rye toast is very fresh. Everything tasted very fresh and there was no hint of greasiness like at some breakfast spots. Just wonderful.

It's out in an industrial area, but don't let that sway you. When you walk into the place you'll notice that it's a cozy place with mismatched coffee mugs (circa grandma), and usually a friendly greeting by the server(s). There are "manwiches" and senior and wee ones (children's) menu items available. However, I have never really been able to resist the allure of the BREK-KER Burger. Handmade (no pre-formed, frozen here) patty with 1 egg with your choice of bun (they have a lot - onion, cheese etc.) and cheese and ham or bacon. As for the hashbrowns - try, I dare you, to resist the hashbrown poutine!!! I recommend it, the server recommends it, my friend has never been able to resist it also recommends it. Definitely not the restaurant if you're dieting that day or week. This is your place if you've been out late and need to feed the hangover or just ran a race, or if you're plain old treating yourself to juicy, slight greasy in a good way burger and poutine FOR BREAKFAST kinda day.
