I had an appointment for a 3 week fill with them today and had called last week to make the appointment and the receptionist told me that would be Wednesday so I took an appointment to come today. I just arrived for my appointment and the man working tells me I have to pay an additional $10 for coming on the 22nd day not the 21st day but when I called I said I needed a 3 week fill and Wednesday was the date she gave me so if I needed to come Tuesday to get 3 weeks she should have said that. He proceeded to tell me I'm crazy because "everyone knows this and I've told you this 100 times before". This man has never once told me what the days for their policy are, I have a picture of it in my phone for my own reference. I agreed to pay the additional charge but asked to be downgraded from a cashemere fill to a classic fill which is a $30 price difference. (The smart thing to do would have been to say he won't charge me the extra $10 for this one time and have me still get the cashmere fill) but instead he and the other girl both refused to take me even though I had an appointment and told them I have a wedding tomorrow. This isn't the first time they have been rude but the glue they use doesn't irritate my eyes that's the only reason I come back. I will not be coming back here again and will not be recommending them to anybody I have never been treated so rudely for no reason before. For him to yell at me and call me crazy for saying that whoever booked my appointment should've told me I needed to come yesterday instead was uncalled for. The receptionist has the calendar on the computer and I agreed to pay it but wanted to downgrade my fill and he obviously didn't like that.

I had a baby and wanted to give myself a little mommy makeover, my hairs blonde and I just wanted highlights and wax, tint and lamination on my brows.. the woman never returned my call back about my hair so I just kept my appointment for wax, tint and lamination.. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes while people working there were looking at me but not saying anything, the girl was nice however was 30 minutes late to start, whatever no big deal it happens. The wax lamination and tint lasted an hour and a half.. I'm pretty sure the girl was under the influence of something by the way she spoke and looked like she was nodding off. She WAXED HALF MY EYEBROWS OFF! this was my first time doing lamination and tint, i told her I wanted a natural and full look, pictures do not do it justice. You can see from the tan lines how much hair was waxed and taken off. I haven't had my eyebrows waxed in over a year, so my lashes were super full and thick... it doesn't look like the tint or lamination worked at all, I notice no difference other then half my eyebrows missing. She's done eyelash extensions for me, waxing, micro blading (I'm due fyi) and katie has done facials and waxing on me for years. I have no idea what mojo Katie does but my very horrible thyroid riddled sparse eyebrows look sleek and shapely after a waxing. Her facial is extensive and calming to my dull and hormonal skin. I always feel so relaxed with each of them and when I arrive I feel like a queen! I don't get much pampering and I certainly am not rich but their prices are fair and their service list and skills are impeccable. I would trust either of them with any of their services. Let's put it this way, if I come into money, I'd happily get every damn thing on their menu.... monthly! I could never stray. And if you ever did, you'd be back!

I was super nervous going in, but she talked me through everything, checked in often, and her technique was so gentle and efficient that it was way less painful than I expected. Her space was clean, calming, and very welcoming, and you can really tell she cares about her clients and their confidence. She also gave me helpful aftercare tips and answered all my questions without making me feel awkward at all. I was looking to get a soak off and my regular nail salon was closed today. I tried stopping at other places near which turned out to be closed as well so I decided I would drive down Route 50 because I knew there was a nail salon that I would pass. I was so grateful they happened to be open as I also expressed that to the lady I was greeted by when I came in! I asked her if she could take my nails off for me and she did. I soon noticed that began by POPPING my ANC nails off with an extra nail tip. I was mortified. She asked me if it hurt, obviously knowing that what she was doing was not protocol if she had to ask me if it hurt. I had two nails that I cut short myself and one of them popped off pretty easily so I thought that maybe she was only doing that because my nails were already a little bit lifted but I have NEVER ever come into a nail salon where they slid a nail tip under my nails to try and pop them off. I did explain to her that I do not do that with my own nails as it's so damaging (hence why I came in to get a soak off rather than doing it myself) but she continued to pry at my nails. I took a picture and put it below of my nails after she ripped the ANC from them. My ring fingernail is pretty long and I try hard to maintain them as best as possible but layers of my nail were ripped off in the process. She kept prying the ANC from my thumb nail and then she ended up soaking the other two nails in acetone which is what she should've just done in the first place. At this point I am in pain and I asked her if she would just soak off my left hand which she did. Another customer came in who had an appointment so the worker went over to her with her portable nail drill and began her nails over in the waiting area. I noticed that the customer immediately had her nails in foils getting them soaked off with gloves on which help retain heat to speed the process. I was in there for probably 45 minutes and I am very patient but I know this service doesn't take as long as it did because she was checking on my nails every couple minutes to see if they were done soaking which they were not because they couldn't have any time to sit and process. The two photos below are my nails the way I left the nail salon and it speaks for itself. I would never let somebody leave my salon with those nails. At the end of the service I asked her why I didn't get the same treatment as her other client which she could not provide me an answer with and I proceeded to explain that the way she popped my nails off was very damaging and that I hoped she did not do that to anybody else. I told her thank you very much and wished her a good day which then she demanded $10. I told her that I was extremely dissatisfied with the damage done to my nails and that it was not worth $10 and she told me not to come back. If you want a soak off this is NOT the place.
