They also do a big business in return of online items so there is an entire rack of "online only" items so you might be surprised by that selection. The managers, Crystal and Abby, worked tirelessly to track down the pants and get them delivered to me. There seemed to be a few system issues with LOFT - the return address for the pants was a strange location that the store couldn't contact easily. The 1-800 number for LOFT was not helpful at all, the system didn't seem to be integrated with the LOFT stores. I had moments of frustration, but it was totally redeemed by the effort that Crystal and Abby put in. It was their helpfulness that has made me stay a loyal LOFT customer.

Target review Alpine…read more You would think as busy as this store is they might hire some help. Sigh, yet again, shelves empty, no one around. Ghost town except the 2 massive lines to check out. Then again,now that Target is branded racist nobody wants to go. First off, not hiring under the guise of criminal background checks, now they try to use bare minimum letting 2 employees watch whole store. Why is it so hard to have someone find a product listed in stock? Isn't that what you pay them for? First just know that this is a high end fashion brand. I knew that I am not their target demographic going in, but I didn't love the experience at the store. We were not greeted when we walked in, nor were we paid any attention to at any time while we were there. No "welcome in, let us know if you have any questions," etc. Unfortunate because I would have loved to learn more about the brand and their plans for the space, as it looked like they were going to be doing something cool towards the back of the store. I did love the vibe of the store - a dark, moody, academia aesthetic - but I felt so unwelcome that it made me not want to spend much time there. Plus the shirt I looked at was $300 (again, not the target demographic haha). The apparel was very cool and they even had some kids items and Lions gear. Even though this isn't a place for me and I didn't have a great experience, I encourage anyone who is interested to check it out as it is a unique offering in the downtown area.
