I was dropping off a return package from Amazon, the service was nice and quick didn't take too long.

Kristen or Christian, she didn't clearly say her name. Was truly the rudest person that could've helped me and I heard her say in the background to her fellow employees "these people are idiots and they don't listen". All I was doing was to call about help with a package and she was nasty since the moment she picked up the phone. I understand people can have bad days but to speak to another human being like that is beyond me. read more

Twice I have had to return sometime purchased on Amazon and I came here to do so. Both times took me less than 60 seconds total to walk in the door, hand the cashier my item and a printout from Amazon, and leave. No need to box it up, no need to describe my problem. In and out. Great. That is 5 stars. However, the same person helped me twice and wasn't very friendly and I get the impression that they are stuck doing a lot more work because of this Amazon deal. The second time I tried to use their self-service copier/scanner. Their machines don't allow you to scan to a USB device, only email, and that sucks. Also, their copier had trouble detecting 8.5x11 sheets of graph paper, and color magazines. I had to get help before the machine would work. But when you are done, you tell the cashier how many copies you made and they ring you up. It isn't automatic. That means it takes longer, but half-scans or errors don't count against you when it is their fault the machine acted up. If the staff were friendly I would give them more stars. But I will certainly be back for more Amazon returns. read more

UPDATED TO 12/20/2022 Very busy place, some rude black woman who I have never seen before yelled at me - "You can close the door!" at 8:30 am today ( when they open). The gate was open and it looked to be open for business to me. How rude! They usually are good, but today that nasty malcontent ruined my entire day. Hope never to deal with her again. Shout out to Leasha and Jay at UPS store# 3639. Leasha was fantastic, called me when they received my email to let me know attachment was missing. Jay reached out later, because Leesha was on lunch, to let me know that they received the document reviewed my order and also informed me of price break quantities. They got it all done quickly and professionally. The staff there is always professionaland courteous. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to send my printing needs via email or through the on-line print order. I just want to give a shout out to Noel for being thorough and people-oriented every time I come in or call. He's efficient and urgent, but never necessarily "rushed." It was a busy day yesterday, but I really admired the way he took his time training an employee. Everyone at this store is very nice and kind but there is one person that I dealt with that went way above that. Ieasha is so fantastic. She is the graphic designer/print specialist. You can't claim you've been "raised right" without yelping Store #3639. This is the second location in New York State I've used to get my mail. As usual, communicating information to customers hasn't been a problem, especially with that wacky address they have. One day I saw a key in someone's box, said something about it, then almost immediately heard someone in the back identify the customer by their box number. Procedure rules when doling out packages/parcels. So if you're receiving stuff like passports or DNA tests from Ancestry.com, they've got you. And yesterday my stuff was unexpectedly brought to me while I was standing at one of their islands (Stop it, you guys! Stop tryin' to know me.). We have had many LifeResults Basic courses in San Jose, California. I have been very fortunate to have taken two of the classes and assisted either as a team leader or as a member of the production team of several. DELIGHTED this wonderful weekend is going to be available to my friends in the Albany area. The Basic Seminar has been available four times a year in Rochester since 1986, and it's amazing. Life Results and the weekend retreats they offer are wonderful, impactful and life altering! Life has a tendency to knock us about and sometimes can knock us down. The weekend gave me an opportunity to see me for the first time. I had been so busy just getting by that I never realized how great I am. The weekend basic course gave me my sense of purpose back. And I learned some awesome tools to deal with people, deal with my reactions and to see my potential. Their approach is that no one's broken or needs fixing. We are who we are and that's just fine. What the weekend focuses on is now what. Looking forward who do we want to be, how do we want to act and what impact do we want to make in this world. Its an eye opening adventure that filled my cup up with energy, love and optimism. I am now proactive not reactive, I am grounded, confident and filled with a sense of adventure. I gave them a ceramic Christmas Tree I had made and given to my Mom back in 1979. I needed it shipped to my home in FL. It was delivered on time and in excellent condition. It actually took me about 45mins to unwrap it. I cant even imagine how long it took them to wrap it! They did a wonderful job! Even the plastic bulbs that came off they had captured into an envelope that stuck to the inside of the box top so I would find them! They were courteous, pleasant and patient with me and my request. Yes expensive,but when you cant replace an item that is invaluable to you, more than worth it! read more

The staff is nice but not very knowledgeable . I wanted to ship a package to Philadelphia and have it picked up at a store. The staff went online and suggested a location. I agreed and said you're the expert. Turns out they are not experts at all. The package shipped it to a FedEx location which refused delivery. The package was returned to Albany return location and the UPS store on Central said they would ship it again if I would pay again. You are better off going to Fedex or the US postal service. At least they stand behind their mistakes. This store does not. read more
