I come here often for Amazon returns and the kiosk is so efficient and helpful! The staff is always efficient and happy to help as well. There are loads of packagings offered for customers as well. Parking is easy and it is always a quick in and out situation here. read more

I took a box into this UPS Store to ship today. It was an authorized return from Amazon. He scanned the info from my phone and then proceeded to cut the box open. When I asked him why he was doing that, he mumbled something I couldn't understand then asked if that was all that was in the box (3 boxes of urinary incontinence pads) and I said yes. I was slightly embarrassed because of what they were. He handed the receipt to me and taped the box back up and put the shipping label on it. This is actually the 2nd time he's opened a box I was shipping with an authorized return to Amazon. I'm 73 yrs old and this is very frustrating, confusing, and today, a little upsetting. This store has been my go to place for shipping for years. It is convenient for me and until recently, great customer service. If this is standard procedure now for this store, I will have to find another way of shipping. read more

The worst thing about this place is finding it the first time. Its signage and entrance are dwarfed and somewhat hidden by the other buildings in the complex. But shipping my package was exactly what I wanted - no line, scanned, receipt printed, back out the door with a "Thank you" in less than 60 seconds. read more

PSA: DO NOT BUY SHIPPING INSURANCE. TL;DR, the insurance you purchase won't be honored unless they pack it. Also, noticing a few recent reviews that this place is under new management. So maybe be careful about trusting older reviews. Caveat emptor. My cousin shipped a large framed piece of art and when it arrived the glass was broken. She had bought $1k in insurance so I figured no big deal, I'll just file an insurance claim. I reached out to UPS and they said I had to contact the store, so I did. The employee at the store asked me if they had packed the art and when I said "no" they said that the broken glass wasn't covered. I asked them what the point of insurance was if it only covered things they packed. Why on earth would they let me buy useless insurance?! So I asked them this and they asked for a copy of the receipt. Then nothing. So I called again and they said I needed to send pics of the broken item which I did. Still nothing. So I called again and was informed that my email had been filed in the wrong place and they would let their manager know. Nothing still. So I called again (we're now weeks out from the original email) and I was informed that because they didn't pack it, the insurance I purchased couldn't be used. So once again, I asked what was the point of all those emails and getting insurance if it was only applicable if they packed it. Seems like the employees are incompetent and yet again, greed outweighs customer care. read more

I felt compelled to make a review for this store and in particular the employee Jay who went above and beyond to help me ship some packages effortlessly and quickly. Additionally, I was *supposed* to keep a copy of my receipt so that I could get reimbursed from my company during my move. However, I misplaced the receipts and I contacted Jay again (who helped me pack AND send the packages in the first place). Jay was able to take the time to go back in the system and manually retrieve my receipts so that I could have them for my records and get reimbursed from my company. I just needed to print a PDF off my phone, also have in my Yahoo! Mail. I spent an hour in Staples and three employees couldn't find a solution as to why I couldn't print. I was ultimately told all this happens with Yahoo. These guys at the UPS Store were great, we actually had a similar problem, but they perservered and I was back in my car 7 minutes later. My printer was broken and, therefore, had an issue re: printing return labels for merchandise I had purchased. I went to my local UPS store at 228 Main Street, Williamstown, MA for help. It turned out to be more complicated than simply forwarding the email--with the return label from the merchant--to the UPS store. Long story short, on two separate occasions, the clerks at the store went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. I was very grateful for their time and would highly recommend this particular store. (And btw: I have been going to this store for years and have always received great service and been treated courteously by all of the various clerks who were working there at the time). read more

Very small mailing services location with minimally basic production capabilities (a photocopier, some tape dispensers, etc.) but extremely polite and efficient staff. You could do worse, and in fact will at other UPS or Fedex/Kinko's locations in terms of shipping service - it's just not the spot for anything more involved than a quick mailing or fax or shipment or the like. read more

Love this store. The owner handles much of the business personally, and seems to genuinely care about his customers. I saw him bantering with a few other people there, giving me the impression that they are regulars. I travel the entire northeast for work and have probably visited 25 to 30 UPS stores in the last two years. Never once have I needed to pack my own boxes that are already pre-labeled from Amazon.com. I am not an expert taping and packaging professional, that's why I come to UPS. Owner handed me a tape gun and said "it looks you have some packing to do." A store that seems to care about your important packages as much as YOU do. The first UPS place to explain that adding insurance to your shipment doesn't do any good if you can't document the value. Conscientious, friendly, skilled, efficient, everything you could hope for in an office services provider. Especially compared to the nightmare customer service you get at Fedex/Kinkos.
