Certainly not our store of choice. We miss the store and its friendly employees over by BevMo. I had a shipment of wine sent to the store. Wine requires someone 21 or older to receive the shipment and we are frequently not home. This is the first time the shipment was sent to this store. In the background our son is graduating from bootcamp and there was a family illness. So we forgot about the wine. We never received notification of receipt from UPS, never received any follow up. We are now recovering and reached out to see if they received the shipment and I was informed that the shipment was returned on 11/4. They only allow one week for pick up. She explained that notices are "supposed" to go out. This clearly did not happen. We didn't know our shipment had arrived. We understand that every company has policies and procedures they must follow, and they have a right to do business the way they see fit. This very dry, technical approach is exactly what I received when calling them this morning. I will be reaching out to the winery next week to explain to them our experience with UPS. Hoping we can work out other arrangements with a company that chooses to follow ALL corporate policies, not just the ones that are convenient for them. read more

If USPS were run like this store, the world would be a better place! The man that works there is super friendly. One time when my box was heavy, and he came out to the car to carry in for me. The girl with the short dark hair is amazingly kind and patient. A customer kept asking her the same questions over and over, and she kept answering so politely. There is a woman with longer hair and she is very nice too. The store had already closed and I had a hard time bring up my Amazon return code, and she just kept telling me not to worry. This is simply the best UPS store around, it's small but mighty with excellent friendly and patient staff and reception for your phone for Amazon returns is great unlike Kohl's down the street. Their store is clean and bright and they have two dedicated blue painted parking spots at the front entrance inside a busy shopping center neighboring Starbucks and a Shell gas station. The air conditioning is nice and cool if you ever do need to wait but I've never had to wait long and if I do, I love their deals on items nicely displayed on the walls. In the occasion that I did need to use their shipping service for a large return, their staff did their best to find the best price. read more

I been coming to this UPS store for about 4 years now. This is my favorite store due to the people that work here and the parking situation. I come here about once a week and usually park right in front of the store which makes it very convenient for me as I have large boxes to drop off. We are so lucky to have a UPS store open up within a mile of where we live! And to top it off, we've had nothing but superb experience with the workers! They're kind, knowledgeable and so eager to help. Most recently, my husband went there to take his passport photo and what we received was way more than that. Shaun was the guy that helped us. With full disclosure that he wasn't an official passport agent, he did look over my husband's paperwork and saw that my husband forgot to sign his application. Good catch! Then Kevin helped us package up the paperwork, figure out the best way to send it out and we were all done in a matter of minutes. read more

I have to say it. This UPS Store is my absolute favorite store. Simply because of their truly exceptional customer service, every single time. I will actually drive out of my way to come to THIS location (#7450, 8285 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd on Weir Canyon/Santa Ana Canyon), as you just cannot find customer service like this anywhere! Randy and his staff are friendly, extremely helpful, and will truly go above and beyond. Quick and efficient - dropping off Amazon returns is always smooth and quick. I've even had my passport photo taken here! Best of all they offer printing services we have used many times - beautiful, richly colorful, printing at affordable prices! They are so accommodating and make the process easy and streamlined. I have brought various projects in - including printing decorations and stickers for my kids parties, posters for their walls, and they print banners too! But a recent project was the most tricky to date and I am absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Melissa, graphic designer and magician, was able to scale down my too-big file then figure out how to create a double-sided trading card - they were color-printed onto cardstock and even cut into cards in less than 24 hours! Completely blew my expectations out of the water. I highly recommend the team at this UPS store and will be back again soon! read more

I dread returning my book rentals because I have to run around and find boxes to fit them and spend 10-15 minutes in UPS packaging my items. Not at this location.
